ՀՀ-ում արձանագրվել է օձի խայթոցի 39 դեպք․ ինչպես տարբերել թունավոր օձերին և ինչ անել խայթելու դեպքում

Ամռան այս սեզոնին սողուններն ակտիվանում են. նրանք հայտնվում են կա՛մ մարդկանց բնակելի տների մոտակայքում, կա՛մ էլ հարակից տարածքներում։ 

Բնակավայրերում սողունների հաճախակի հայտնվելու և մարդկանց մոտ լինելու հետևանքով երբեմն գրանցվում են օձերի խայթելու դեպքեր:

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի վարակիչ և ոչ վարակիչ հիվանդությունների համաճարակաբանության վարչության բժիշկ-համաճարակաբան Թամարա Վարդանյանը «Հայկական ժամանակ»-ի հետ զրույցում մանրամասնում է՝ 2024 թվականի սկզբից մինչև օգոստոսի 1-ն արձանագրվել է օձի խայթոցի 39 դեպք, որն անցյալ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ նվազել է 1,5 անգամ։

«Դեպքերի 75 տոկոսն արձանագրվել է տղամարդկանց շրջանում, 25 տոկոսը՝ կանանց մոտ։ Առհասարակ օձի խայթման դեպքերը հանդիպում են հիմնականում մեծահասակների մոտ, փոքրերի շրջանում քիչ են դեպքերը։ Մեզ մոտ քիչ է գրանցվում կամ, կարելի է ասել, չի էլ գրանցվում թունավոր օձերից խայթոց։ Սակայն, եթե կարիք կա հակաթույնի, արվում է պարտադիր»,- մեզ հետ զրույցում մանրամասնում է մասնագետը:

Նրա խոսքով, դեպքերի մեծ մասը գրանցվել է Արմավիրի մարզում, 15 տոկոսը՝ Երևանում:

Բժիշկ-համաճարակաբանը վստահեցնում է, որ  Հայաստանի բոլոր բժշկական կենտրոններում օձի խայթոցի հակաթույնի խնդիր չկա։ Օձի խայթման դեպքով ԲԿ տեղափոխված անձը անպայման ստանում է հակաթույնը։ Այսինքն՝ անկախ խայթող օձի տեսակից, ամեն դեպքում, անձին տրվում է հակաթույնը, որովհետև մարդիկ սովորաբար չեն ճանաչում օձի տեսակները, և չգիտեն՝ այն թունավո՞ր է եղել, թե՝ ոչ։

Բժիշկն ընդգծում է, թե ինչ պետք է և ինչ չպետք է անել, երբ մարդուն օձը խայթել է.

«Չի կարելի խայթած տեղում կտրվածքներ անել, վերքից արյունն արտածծել, ալկոհոլ քսել կամ խմեցնել, սա կտրականապես արգելվում է, քանի որ ալկոհոլը թույնի ներծծումն ուժեղացնում է ու արագացնում դրա թունավոր ազդեցությունը։

Պետք է վերքը մշակել կալիումի պերմանգանատի լուծույթով, հնարավորինս շատ ջուր տալ տուժածին։ Օձի խայթոցի առաջին ախտանշանը ուժեղ ցավն է, թուլություն է զգում անձը։ Թունավոր և ոչ թունավոր օձերի խայթոցի ու ախտանշանների դեպքում տարբերություն չկա»,- ասում է Վարդանյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ մարդիկ նման դեպքերում անմիջապես դիմում են մոտակա բժշկական կենտրոնը, քանի որ ցավն անտանելի է լինում։ Նաև օձերի նկատմամբ ունեցած վախն է ստիպում անձին միանգամից դիմել անհրաժեշտ օգնության։ Սակայն, լինում են դեպքեր, երբ, ըստ մասնագետի, մինչև բուժհաստատություն դիմելը անձին փորձում են որոշակի օգնություն ցուցաբերել, որը երբեմն սխալ է լինում. 

«Հիմնականում դա է հանդիպում, որ փորձում են արյունը արտածծել, խայթած տեղին ալկոհոլ կամ այլ սպիրտ լցնել, որոնք արգելված են: Եթե օձի խայթման դեպքում անձը ԲԿ չդիմի, կարող են գրանցվել ընդհուպ մինչև մահվան դեպքեր։
