Այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 2-ին, Արցախի անկախության հռչակման 33-րդ ամյակն է։

1991 թվականին այս օրն Արցախը հռչակեց իր անկախությունը Խորհրդային Միությունից:

Հռչակագիրը ստորագրել են ԼՂԻՄ մարզգործկոմի նախագահ Լ. Պետրոսյանը, ԼՂԻՄ_Ի մարզգործկոմի քարտուղար Վ. Հակոբյանը։

Հռչակագրի ընդունումից երեք ամիս անց՝ 1991-ի դեկտեմբեր 10-ին, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում անցկացվեց հանրաքվե, որի ընթացքում ազգաբնակչության ճնշող մեծամասնությունը՝ 99,89 տոկոսը, արտահայտվեց Ադրբեջանից լրիվ անկախանալու օգտին:

Այսօր, սակայն, ունենք մի ցավալի իրավիճակ, երբ տասնամյակների պայքարից հետո Արցախն ամբողջությամբ թշնամու վերահսկողության տակ է անցել և պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ հայաթափված:

Չնայած այս վիճակին՝ Արցախի անկախության օրվան նվիրված Հայաստանում նախատեսված են մի շարք միջոցառումներ:
Այսօր առավոտյան Արցախի իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներն ու պատգամավորներն այցելելու են Եռաբլուր, այնուհետեւ Արցախի իշխանությունները ՀՀ-ում Արցախի ներկայացուցչությունում միջոցառում-քննարկում են կազմակերպելու, որը բաց է լինելու ոչ միայն քաղաքական գործիչների, այլ նաեւ արցախահայերի համար:

Այսօր Արցախի ներկայացուցչություն այց են նախատեսել նաեւ հայաստանյան ընդդիմադիր շրջանակները՝ պատգամավորներն ու գործիչները:
