ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն ուղերձ է հղել Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախության օրվա առթիվ, որը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․
«Արցախը 1991 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 2-ին անկախ է հռչակվել այդ ժամանակ գործող բոլոր իրավական և միջազգային նորմերին համապատասխան: Դրանից երեսուներկու տարի անց՝ 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերին, Ադրբեջանի կողմից էթնիկ զտման ենթարկված, իր բնօրրանից ամենազազրելի մեթոդներով բռնի տեղահանված արցախահայությունն ունի արժանապատիվ պայմաններով վերադարձի իրավունք, և ստեղծված իրավիճակում նրա անքակտելի իրավունքների իրացման համար առկա են միջազգային մեխանիզմներ:
Նա, ով համարում է, որ հայկական Արցախի էջը փակված է՝ անտեսելով արցախահայության իրավունքն ու վերադարձի հնարավորությունը, անթաքույց սպասարկում է այդ անհեթեթ տեսակետն առաջ մղող թշնամու շահերը, անարգում հանուն Արցախի նահատակվածների հիշատակը, ազատ և անկախ ապրելու համար պայքարած, անասելի զրկանքներ կրած մեր ժողովրդի ճնշող մեծամասնության նվիրական գործը:
Արցախի հարցը պետք է վերադառնա միջազգային հարաբերությունների օրակարգ:
Բավարար ջանքեր գործադրելու, հնարավոր բոլոր միջոցներով նպատակային աշխատանք իրականացնելու պարագայում կարող ենք հաջողության հասնել:
Աներկբա է, որ այս հարցում առաջին հերթին անհրաժեշտ է պետական մակարդակով և ազգային շահի պաշտպանության դիրքերից շահագրգիռ աշխատանք իրականացնել, որի համար կարևոր է այդպիսի գիտակցումով իշխանություն ունենալը:
