Հրայր Կամենդատյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ 

Եվրասիայի վրա կա Կովկաս անունով մի տարածք , որի բնիկները դարերով կռիվ են տվել դեպի Եվրոպա մղվող վայրենի , վաչկատուն ցեղերի դեմ ու պայքարի ընթացքում այդտեղ բնակվող ազգերի մոտ ձեւավորվել է տղամարդկայնության խստագույն հատկանիշներ , բարոյական եվ հոգեբանական թանձր նորմեր , ինքնազսպման , ինքնակատարելագործման դաժան արգելքներ եվ ֆիլտրեր։

Կովկասը բնակեցնող ազգերը որոշակի նմանություն ունեն սպարտացիների հետ , նրանք հավատարիմ են զինվորական պարտքին , հարգում են հյուրընկալության ադաթները , վեհանձն են հակառակորդի եվ անողոք թշնամիների նկատմամբ ։ Կովկասյան ռազմիկների նկատմամբ իրենց հիացական հարգանքն են արտահայտել բազմաթիվ հակառակորդներ եվ Վարդան Մամիկոնյանի ,Գեորգի Սահակաձեի , գեներալ Մադաթովի , գեներալ Լորիս Մելիքովի , Շամիլի , մարշալ Բաղրամյանի , Ռուսլան Գիլաևի ռազմական գործի հմտություններից զատ առանձնացրել են նրանց վեհությունը , ներողամտությունը , ընկածին օգնելու պատրաստակամությունը։

Ինչու եմ հիշել այս հերոս խիզախ անձանց ?: Որովհետև ,ցավոք , Կովկասից են նաև Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը եվ ՀՀ առաջին պաշտոնը ստացած մի անձ։ Թուրքական գերության մեջ հայտնված Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի գերության մասին հարցին ի պատասխան ՀՀ այդ ղեկավար կոչեցյալը , իրեն միայն հատուկ անմարդկային գալարումներով հայտարարում է , որ դեռ պետք է պարզել թէ ով է Վարդանյանին ուղարկել Հայաստան , հետո Արցախ , ինչ հանձնարարությամբ է նա հայտնվել քաղաքական կյանքում եվ այդ ամենը անում է ադրբեջանական մի քոսոտ դատախազի մեղադրական խոսքերով։

Հասկանում եք , գիտակցում եք որ Վարդանյանի վերաբերյալ ազերի դատախազի եվ ՀՀ պաշտոնյայի մտքերը նույնն են։ Վստահ եղեք , որ քաղաքական հնարավոր հակառակորդ ունենալու վախը , այդ արարածին հեռու կտանի եվ կարելի է նույնիսկ մտածել , որ նա պատրաստ չէ անել որևէ բան թշնամու զնդանում գտնվող մեծ հայասեր մարդասեր Վարդանյանին օգնելու համար , իսկ ազատման դեպքում էլ Ավրորայի մրցանակաբաշխության հովանավորը արդեն Հայաստանում կհայտնվի քննչական մարմիններում ։
