Ամառն ավարտվեց, և Հայաստանը աշուն է մտնում նոր քաղաքական թեժացումների սպասումով։ Համենայն դեպս, թե՛ խորհրդարանական ընդդիմությունը, թե՛ Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոսի գլխավորած «Սրբազան պայքարը» խոստացել են օր ու արև չտալ իշխանություններին։ Իշխանությունները՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, իրենք էլ հասկանում են, որ ցածր վարկանիշի, աշխարհքաղաքական զարգացումների, Հայաստանին զիջումների պարտադրելու ֆոնին վարչախմբի դիրքերը հեղհեղուկ են։

Այդուհանդերձ, նման իրավիճակ առաջին անգամը չէ Հայաստանում։ 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո Փաշինյանը միայն «զոռբայությամբ», ոստիկանական բռնաճնշումներով, վարչական, քրեական և ֆինանսական ռեսուրսների օգնությամբ է շարունակում պահպանել իշխանությունը։ Թեև ընդդիմությունն էլ մեղքի իր բաժինն ունի։ Չկարողանալով հանրային լայն համախմբում ապահովել՝ ընդդիմադիր ուժերն արդեն մի քանի շարժումներ են ձախողել, ամրապնդելով Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը։

Գործող իշխանությանը հեռացնելու բազմաթիվ և ոչ բարդ միջոցներ կան, ամենակարևորը, հանրային համախմբումն է, որի իրականացումը հնարավոր է նոր, չվարկաբեկված ուժերի ներգրավմամբ, կամ, ավելի ճիշտ, ղեկավարությամբ։ Իսկ ընդդիմադիր, բայց արդեն մեկ կամ մի քանի անգամ ձախողված ուժերը կարող են աջակցել կողքից՝ իրենց ռեսուրսներով։ Առաջին պլան չգալով՝ նրանք նաև նոր ընդդիմությանը հնարավորություն կտան առավել արդյունավետ պայքար մղել, նաև թոթափել հանրության որոշակի հատվածի հիասթափությունը։ Միայն այդ կերպ է հնարավոր Փաշինյանին հեռացնել կառավարության շենքից։ Այլապես, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կշարունակի մնալ երկրի ղեկին ու նորանոր զիջումներ անել ՀՀ հաշվին։
