Օգոստոսի 27-ին կայացավ Amio & ML նախագծի վիճակահանությունը. 300 շահառու ձեռք կբերի բնակարան շահավետ պայմաններով

Ամիօ բանկը և ML MINING ընկերությունն ամփոփեցին «Նոր Երևան» թաղամասի վիճակահանության արդյունքները:
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2024 թվականի հուլիսի 25-ին ML MINING ընկերությունը և Ամիօ բանկը մեկնարկեցին «Նոր Երևան» թաղամասի բնակարանների վիճակահանության 2-րդ փուլը, որի շնորհիվ սահմանափակ շրջանակի շահառուներ և Ամիօ բանկի` ֆիզիկական անձ հանդիսացող հաճախորդները հնարավորություն ստացան ձեռք բերել բնակարան բացառիկ արժեքով` 1 քմ-ն ընդամենը 389 հազար ՀՀ դրամ։
Հայտերը լրացնելու վերջնաժամկետը օգոստոսի 25-ն էր։
Նախագծի վիճակահանությունը տեղի ունեցավ օգոստոսի 27-ին` հայտերի ընդունման վերջնաժամկետից ընդամենը 2 օր անց։
Նախագծին հայտ է ներկայացրել 997 շահառու, որոնցից ծրագրի պայմանները չէին համապատասխանել 544-ը։ Վիճակահանությանը մասնակցել է 453 շահառու, որոնցից 300-ը դարձել են վիճակահանության հաղթող և պարզեցված ընթացակարգով կարող են սկսել վարկավորման գործընթացը:
Կարևոր է նշել, որ Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանում` Առնո Բաբաջանյան 42/5 հասցեում գտնվող «Նոր Երևան» թաղամասը կառուցվում է նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաներով և անվտանգության ամենաբարձր չափանիշներով:
Թաղամասն ամբողջությամբ գազաֆիկացված է, գործում է եկամտային հարկի վերադարձի արտոնություն։
