Китайские банки не принимают деньги от людей с русскими именами

Ряд китайских банков отказываются принимать средства, "если в платежных документах упоминаются русские имена", пишет в понедельник, 2 сентября, газета "Известия" со ссылкой на бизнесменов и источники.
По мнению коммерческого директора «Импая Рус» Алексея Разумовского, основанием для отмены платежа могут быть даже русские имена, не подпадающие под санкции, любая связь с РФ и даже написание кириллицей.
"Известия" со ссылкой на бизнесмена написали, что китайские банки "боятся вторичных ограничений" и поэтому "используют так называемое нулевое доверие в отношениях с российским бизнесом, стараются устранить любую возможную угрозу".
В ходе майского визита президента России Владимира Путина в Китай стороны обсудили задержку платежей через китайские финансовые институты. Агентство Reuters сообщило, что Китай начал активнее использовать в финансовом секторе региональные банки, деятельность которых Вашингтону сложнее контролировать.
В агентстве отметили, что начиная с осени Китай и Россия могут перейти на альтернативную форму сделок через банки - бартер, особенно в аграрном секторе.
