Ի՞նչ էր խոսում Փաշինյանը. պատասխան Բաքվից

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն, ըստ էության, զբաղված էր երկկողմ ձևաչափի լոբինգով ու սա այն դեպքում, երբ դա ուժային դիսբալանսի պայմաններում բխում է Բաքվի շահերից: Թերևս, դրա համար էր Ալիևը «վստահ ողջունում» Մոսկվայի միջնորդությունը. նա վստահ էր, որ բանակցային գործընթացի ձևաչափի հարցում Երևանում ունի անգնահատելի դաշնակից:
Նույն ասուլիսի ընթացքում Փաշինյանն, ըստ էության, կասկածի տակ էր դնում ռուսական միջնորդության օբյեկտիվությունը, Նոյեմբերի 9-ն, ըստ էության, համարում էր գոյություն չունեցող փաստաթուղթ, բայց միևնույն ժամանակ՝ հստակ ասում է, որ Հայաստանը իր ստորագրությունը հետ չի վերցնելու եռակողմ հայտարարության տեքստից:
Բանն այն է, որ 2022-ից Փաշինյանը հրաժարվել է ռուսական հարթակներից, բայց ձախողվել է արևմտյան հարթակներում. ո՛չ Վաշինգտոնում, ո՛չ Բրյուսելում չի ստորագրվել որևէ փաստաթուղթ, որը համարժեք կլիներ Նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությանը:
Ստեղծվել է հետևյալ իրավիճակը, որ Նոյեմբերի 9-ը մնում է հրադադարի միակ փաստաթուղթը և դրանից Հայաստանի հրաժարումը համարվելու է casus belli: Ու ոչ միայն Բաքվում և Մոսկվայում:
«Առաջարկել ենք վերցնել խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստի բոլոր համաձայնեցված հոդվածները և ձեւակերպումները և դա ստորագրել որպես խաղաղության պայմանագիր»,- ասուլիսում ասել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Նրա խոսքով, 17 հոդվածներից 13-ը, վերնագիրը, նախաբանը լիարժեք համաձայնեցված է, և 3 հոդված համաձայնեցված է մասնակի:
Բաքվում վստահաբար հասկացել են, որ շաբաթ օրվա ասուլիսում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իրենց գործարք է առաջարկում՝ «զիջումներ՝ իշխանության վերարտադրության դիմաց» պայմանական անունով:
Եվ այս ֆոնին, Ադրբեջանը մեծացնում է ճնշումը Հայաստանի վրա՝ Փաշինյանին հակելով նոր զիջումների: Տավուշի զարգացումներից առաջ նրանք Հայաստանից պահանջեցին և ստացան հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանից ռուսական զորքերի դուրսբերման որոշումը:
«Հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովի համատեղ գործունեության կանոնակարգի մասին համաձայնագիրը բավարար հիմք է ԵՄ քաղաքացիական առաքելությունը Հայաստանից դուրս բերելու համար»,- երեկ ասել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը:
