«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

kommersant.ru-ն «Ի՞նչ են նշանակում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունները» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե հրաժարվում է Ադրբեջանի հետ բանակցություններում Մոսկվայի միջնորդությունից։ Միաժամանակ նա նշել է, որ անհրաժեշտություն չի տեսնում ռուսական ռազմակայանը հանրապետության տարածքից դուրս բերելու։ Բացի այդ, կառավարության ղեկավարի խոսքով, իրենք չեն ձգտում դուրս գալ ՀԱՊԿ-ից, չնայած Երևանը սառեցրել է իր մասնակցությունը կազմակերպության աշխատանքներին։ Քաղաքագետ և հետխորհրդային տարածքի երկրների փորձագետ Արկադի Դուբնովը կարծում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր հայտարարություններով մանևրում է Մոսկվայի հետ հարաբերությունները պահպանելու անհրաժեշտության և իր քաղաքականության եվրոպական վեկտորի միջև:

«Վարչապետի հայտարարությունները միանգամայն ակնհայտ արձագանքն են Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ ունեցած զրույցին, ով Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ հանդիպումից հետո որոշեց միջնորդ լինել։ ՌԴ նախագահի հնչեցրած առաջարկները, մեղմ ասած, ամբողջությամբ չեն բավարարել Հայաստանի վարչապետին, և նա դրանց նման կերպ է արձագանքել: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այստեղ վարպետորեն է իրեն պահում՝ փորձելով շահարկել վերջին դեմարշը, երբ հասկացրեց, որ դեռ չի հրաժարվի ՀԱՊԿ-ից, եթե Մոսկվան չպնդի իր մասնակցությամբ խաղաղության վերջնական կամ միջանկյալ համաձայնագրի ստորագրմանը։ Քաղաքական գործիչը միանգամայն անկեղծ ասել է, որ Հայաստանը գոհ է երկկողմ ձևաչափով գործընթացի առաջընթացից, և, հետևաբար, այժմ այն ընդլայնելու կարիք չկա։ Այսինքն, եթե Ռուսաստանը ցանկանում է, որ հանրապետությունը վերադառնա ՀԱՊԿ, ապա պետք է դիտարկի բոլոր տարբերակները, այդ թվում՝ չխանգարի Երևանին այնպես անել, որ համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը Հայաստանի համար ոչ վիրավորական տեսք ունենա, և չլինեն որոշ հարցերում Բաքվի կողմից ճնշման տարրեր»,- ասել է Արկադի Դուբնովը։

«Հնարավոր բանակցությունները, ՀԱՊԿ-ին անդամակցության հաստատումը և ռուսական ռազմակայանի առկայությանը աջակցելու պատրաստակամությունը Հայաստանում միանշանակ հավանություն չեն առաջացնում,- նշել է քաղաքագետ Հրանտ Միքայելյանը,- շատերը ծայրահեղ բացասական են գնահատում այդ բանակցությունները։ Բայց Հայաստանում քաղաքական իրավիճակն այնպիսին է, որ ներկայիս ռեժիմի պայմաններում հասարակությունը չի ազդում քաղաքականության վրա։ Ինչ վերաբերում է ռուսական բազայի պահպանմանը, ապա Փաշինյանի դիրքորոշումն այդ առումով փոխվել է, առաջ նա դա համարում էր սպառնալիք, հիմա ասում է, որ դրա գործելու հետ կապված հարցեր չունի։ Հաշվի առնելով, որ նախկինում ևս նա կարծիքներ է փոխել, ապագայում ևս դա կարող է լինել»:
