Տավուշի մարզում 19-ամյա զինծառայողի են դանակահարել

Օգոստոսի 28-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Տավուշի մարզում։
SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ ժամը 22։15-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Տավուշի բաժին են զանգահարել «Բերդ» բժշկական կենտրոնից և հայտնել, որ վիճաբանության հետևանքով «կրծքավանդակի աջ կեսի հետին պատի և աջ գոտկային շրջանի ծակած-կտրած վերքեր աջակողմյան հեմաթորաքս» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի։
Հիվանդանոցում ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ բուժօգնության տեղափոխվածը Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչ 19-ամյա Վիգեն Բ․-ն է։ Տավուշի մարզի ոստիկանները պարզել են նաև, որ նույն օրը ժամը 20:30-ի սահմաններում՝ Այգեձոր բնակավայրի գյուղամիջյան հատվածում մի խումբ անձանց միջև խուլիգանական դրդումներով առաջացած վիճաբանության ժամանակ ՀՀ ՊՆ թիվ N զորամասի զինծառայողներ Վիգեն Բ․-ն, Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչ 19-ամյա Սուրեն Ճ․-ն և ինքնությունը չպարզված անձինք փոխադարձ հարվածներ են հասցրել միմյանց։
Պարզվել է նաև, որ նույն ծեծկռտուքի ընթացքում ինքնությունը չպարզված անձը դանակով հարվածել է Վիգեն Բ․-ին, իսկ վերջինիս ընկերը՝ նույն զորամասի զինծառայող Սուրեն Ճ․-ն, ձեռքերով և ոտքերով հարվածներ է հասցրել Վիգեն Բ․-ին դանակահարող անձին։Օգոստոսի 29-ին ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Տավուշի մարզային վարչությունում ստացված տեղեկություններն իրացնելով Տավուշի բաժնի հետ համատեղ ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ միջոցառումների և բացատրական աշխատանքների արդյունքում ինքնակամ ոստիկանության Տավուշի բաժին է ներկայացել Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչ 20-ամյա Արթուր Հ․-ն և հայտնել, որ օգոստոսի 28-ին ժամը 19։00-ի սահմաններում, գտնվելով Տավուշի մարզի Այգեձոր բնակավայրում, նկատել է, որ բնակավայրում մի խումբ բնակիչների և իր ծանոթ, բեռնատար մեքենայի վարորդ Նորոյի միջև ծեծկռտուք է, որին ինքը անմիջապես միջամտել է և պաշտպանելով Նորոյին՝ ձեռքերով հարվածներ է հասցրել իրեն անծանոթ մի քանի գյուղացիների, սակայն զգալով որ կռվի մասնակից գյուղացիները իրենցից շատ են և չի կարողանում պաշտպանվել, տաբատի աջ գրպանից հանել է կենցաղային օգտագործման դանակը և դրանով 2 անգամ հարվածել է իրեն անծանոթ՝ կռվի մասնակիցներից մեկին։
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Տավուշի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք ներկայացվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության Բերդի քննչական բաժին։
