Այսօր կանգնած ենք կորստյան իրականության մեջ, ինչն ինձ համար որոշակիորեն մեղքի պատճառով տեղի ունեցած իրականություն է: Այս մասին «ԼՂՀ անկախության հիմնախնդիրն իրավական և քաղաքական հարթություններում» համաժողովի ժամանակ ունեցած ելույթում հայտարարեց «Տավուշը հանուն հայրենիքի» շարժման առաջնորդ Բագրատ Սրբազանը:
«Փորձ է արվում ապագայից զրկել, բացառել պայքարի հնարավորությունը, վերացնել պայքարի բոլոր հիմքերը: Այդ աշխատանքին առավելապես լծված է ՀՀ, այսպես կոչված, իշխանությունն իր գլխավորով: Հայաստանի վարչապետի աթոռը զբաղեցնողը որևէ կերպ չի անդրադառնում արցախցիների վերադարձի խնդրին և ընդհակառակը արցախցիների վերադարձը համարում է անիրատեսական:
Սրանից ավելի կազմաքանդող, արցախահայության իրավունքների համար պայքարն ուղղակիորեն մեծ հարվածի տակ դնող էլ ի՞նչ կարող է լինել: Նույնիսկ Ադրբեջանն, ինչ-որ ձևականությունների ներքո, դարձյալ խոսում է վերադարձի մասին և այն չի բացառում, իսկ այս աթոռը զբաղեցնողը խոսում է միայն նման ձևակերպումներից հրաժարվելու մասին»,-ասաց նա:
Նա նաև անդրադարձավ երեկ հրապարակված Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովների ստորագրած կանոնակարգին:
«Այդ փաստաթուղթն այն տեսքով, որով հրապարակվել է, ևս մեկ անգամ ցույց է տալիս, որ այն ինչ կատարվեց Տավուշում որևէ կապ և առնչություն չուներ սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման աշխատանքների հետ, դա հայրենիքի միակողմանի հանձնում էր: Տավուշում զիջումներն արվել են մինչև այդ կանոնակարգի ստորագումը, որը վկայում է, որ սա հակասահմանադրական հանցանք է»,-հավելեց նա:
