3 ամսական երեխայի ու նրա 10-ամյա քրոջ մահվան պատճառ դարձած վթարի գործով նախաքննություն է կատարվում (ֆոտո)

2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 2-ին՝ ժամը 22:00-ին, ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Երևան-Մեղրի ավտոմայրուղու Զանգակատան հատվածում ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահար է տեղի ունեցել, որի արդյունքում կան տուժածներ:
ՔԿ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ կատարված ստուգմամբ պարզվել է, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 21:45-ի սահմաններում, «MERCEDES» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան Երևան-Մեղրի ճանապարհի 70.5-րդ կիլոմետրի հատվածում բախվել է դիմացից ընթացող «ZIL» մակնիշի բեռնատարի հետնամասին, որի հետևանքով «MERCEDES»-ի ուղևորներից մեկը՝ 10 տարեկան աղջիկ երեխան, մահացել է տեղում, իսկ 3 ամսական տղան՝ «Արարատ» Բ/Կ տեղափոխելու ճանապարհին (վերջիններս վարորդի զավակներն են)։ Իսկ վարորդը և 2 ուղևորներ, որոնցից մեկը՝ վարորդի կինը, մյուսը՝ 5-ամյա դուստը, մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են «Արարատ» բժշկական կենտրոն: Մոր վիճակը ծայրահեղ ծանր է, դստեր վիճակը՝ գնահատվում է ծանր։
Դեպքի առթիվ սեպտեմբերի 2-ին ՀՀ ՔԿ Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վեդիի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 342-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
Իրականացվել է դեպքի վայրի և վթարված ավտոմեքենաների զննություն: Ստուգվել է վարորդների սթափությունը և պարզվել է, որ նրանք գտնվում են սթափ վիճակում:
Նշանակվել են դիակների դատաբժշկական, ինչպես նաև ավտոտեխնիկական փորձաքննություններ։ Ավտովթարի հանգամանքները պարզելու նպատակով իրականացվում են անհրաժեշտ, անհետաձգելի քննչական և վարութային գործողություններ։
