Սանահինը՝ որպես առանձին բնակավայր, կներառվի Ալավերդի համայնքում

Օրենսդրական առաջարկով Սանահին թաղամասը կառանձնացվի Ալավերդի բնակավայրից և կներառվի Ալավերդի համայնքում՝ որպես առանձին բնակավայր: Գործադիրը նման լրացում է առաջարկում «ՀՀ վարչատարածքային բաժանման մասին» օրենքում: Հարցը քննարկվել է Տարածքային կառավարման, տեղական ինքնակառավարման, գյուղատնտեսության և շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստում:
ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարի տեղակալ Վաչե Տերտերյանը նշել է, որ Սանահինը պատմամշակութային, զբոսաշրջային զարգացող ուղղություններից է, և որպես առանձին բնակավայր հատկորոշումը կարևորվում է բոլոր զբոսաշրջային ուղեցույցներում եւս: Նշվել է, որ նախաձեռնությունը նաև համայնքի ավագանունն է:
Փոխնախարարի խոսքով օրենսդրական առաջարկը ծախսերի, ինչպես նաև համահարթեցման դոտացիայի բաշխման առումով էական ազեցություն չի ունենա:
«Հայաստան» խմբակցությունից պատգամավոր Արմեն Ղազարյանի խոսքով նմանատիպ շատ համայնքներ կան, հետևաբար՝ այս մոտեցումը ինչո՞ւ չի կիրառվում նաև դրանց մասով: Ի լրումն այս տեսակետի՝ Վաչե Տերտերյանը մի շարք համայնքների մասով իր դիտարկումներն է ներկայացրել:
Սանահին գյուղն ունի հազարամյա պատմություն: Գյուղը 1967 թվականից Ալավերդի քաղաքի մաս է: Գյուղն առաջին հերթին հայտնի է Սանահինի վանքով, որը ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի համաշխարհային ժառանգության մաս է:
Հանձնաժողովի նախագահի տեղակալ Արեն Մկրտչյանը նշել է, որ նախկինում եւս նման օրենսդրական առաջարկ ներկայացրել է: Նրա համոզմամբ Սանահինը տնտեսության կառուցվածքով, կենսակերպով ու մարդկանց զբաղվածությամբ դասական գյուղական բնակավայր է: Պատգամավորը նշել է, որ Սանահինը, ինչպես նաև դրան հաջորդող Ակներ գյուղական բնակավայրը, դարձել էր Ալավերդու թաղամաս: 2016 թվականին օրենսդրական փոփոխությամբ Ակները դարձավ առանձին գյուղական բնակավայր, իսկ Սանահինը մնաց թաղամասի կարգավիճակում:
Հարցն արժանացել է հանձնաժողովի դրական եզրակացությանը:
