Ինչ փոփոխություններ են նախատեսվում «Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» օրենքում

Նախատեսվում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում կամ օտարերկրյա պետություններում հանրակրթական, ինչպես նաեւ հիմնական կրթության հիմքի վրա առանց ընդհատման նախնական (արհեստագործական) կամ միջին մասնագիտական կրթական ծրագրերով սովորող քաղաքացիներին պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունից տարկետում տրամադրել մեկ անգամ՝ ամբողջ ուսումնառության ժամկետով:
Հստակեցվում է «առանց ընդհատման» հասկացությունը: Տարկետման իրավունք կունենան Հայաստանում կամ օտարերկրյա պետություններում հանրակրթական, ինչպես նաեւ հիմնական կրթության հիմքի վրա հիմնական կրթությունն ավարտելու տարում՝ առանց ընդհատման արհեստագործական կամ միջին մասնագիտական կրթական ծրագրերով ընդունված եւ սովորող քաղաքացիները:
Հանրակրթական կամ արհեստագործական ծրագրերով սովորելու դեպքում տարկետում տրվելու է մինչեւ ուսումնառության ավարտի օրը ներառյալ, իսկ միջին մասնագիտական կրթական ծրագրերով սովորողին՝ ուսումնառության ավարտի օրը ներառյալ, սակայն ոչ ավելի, քան քաղաքացու 20 տարին լրանալու օրը:
«Զինվորական ծառայության եւ զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» օրենքում առաջարկվող փոփոխություններն առաջին ընթերցմամբ քննարկվել են Գիտության, կրթության, մշակույթի, սփյուռքի, երիտասարդության եւ սպորտի հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստում:
ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի եւ սպորտի նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը նշել է, որ նախագիծը կհեշտացնի հազարավոր շահառուների կյանքը, կբարելավի գործընթացի կազմակերպումը:
Հարակից զեկույցում հանձնաժողովի նախագահի տեղակալ Թագուհի Ղազարյանն առաջարկել է գործընկերներին կողմ քվեարկել:
