Ապուրը ավանդական ուտեստ է, որը շատերին ծանոթ է մանկուց։ Ոմանք հաճույքով են հետևում այս սովորությանը, իսկ ոմանք, անկեղծ ասած, չեն հավանում։ Բայց ինչպիսի՞ն է փորձագետների կարծիքն այս հարցում։ Ռուսական «Ռադիո 1»-ին տված հարցազրույցում էնդոկրինոլոգ և սննդաբան Ալեքսեյ Կալինչևը խոսել է սնուցման մեջ ապուրի կարևորության և առողջության վրա դրա ազդեցության մասին։
Բժշկի խոսքով՝ ապուրը հատկապես օգտակար է երեխաների համար։ «Կլինիկական առումով, երբ երեխան կամ մեծահասակն ապուր է ուտում ճաշի համար, նրանք ավելի լավ են ունենում մարսողական վիճակը», - ասել է նա:
Դա պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ մարդկանց մեծամասնությունը, սկսած մանկությունից, արդեն ունի աղեստամոքսային տրակտի քրոնիկական հիվանդություններ, ինչպիսիք են գաստրիտը կամ պանկրեատիտը, որոնք հաճախ ուղեկցվում են պարբերական սրացումներով։ Ապուր օգտագործելը կարող է օգնել նվազեցնել այս բռնկումների հաճախականությունը և բարելավել ձեր ընդհանուր առողջությունը:
Սակայն Կալինչևը նշել է, որ ապուրը ոչ բոլորի համար է օգտակար։ Օրինակ, այն չի կարող լավագույն ընտրությունը լինել այն մարդկանց համար, ովքեր ավելորդ քաշ ունեն կամ գիրություն ունեն: «Որպես բժիշկ՝ ես խորհուրդ չեմ տալիս ավելորդ քաշ ունեցողներին ապուր ուտել», - պարզաբանել է Կալինչևը։
Ըստ նրա՝ ապուրն արագ հագեցնում է, սակայն այդ զգացումը խաբուսիկ ու ժամանակավոր է։ Արդյունքում մարդիկ կարող են ավելի քիչ ուտել իրենց հիմնական կերակուրից, ինչը հանգեցնում է քաղցի և խորտիկների արագ վերադարձի, ինչը հաճախ առողջարար չէ:
Կալինչևն ընդգծել է, որ ապուրը հատկապես օգտակար է երեխաների և ստամոքսի քրոնիկ հիվանդություններ ունեցող մարդկանց համար, սակայն կարևոր է երեխաներին չծանրաբեռնել այս ուտեստով։ Մասնավորապես, երբ ծնողները շատ են պնդում, որ իրենց երեխաները ապուր ուտեն, դա կարող է հակազդեցություն առաջացնել. երեխաները սկսում են սկզբունքորեն հրաժարվել դրանից։
Մասնագետն ընդգծել է, որ կարեւոր է հավասարակշռություն գտնել, որպեսզի երեխային չզզվացնեն այս ուտեստից։
