Երևանի թիվ 48 մանկապարտեզում երեք տարեկան երեխայի նկատմամբ դաստիարակ Սերինե Կիրակոսյանը բռնություն է գործադրել։ Այդ մասին MediaHub-ին ահազանգում է երեխայի մայրը՝ Մաշա Մաթևոսյանը։

Նա պատմեց, որ երեխան տարբեր շրջաններում կապտուկներով է տուն եկել, բայց սկզբնական շրջանում «ամոթից ելնելով» որևէ ձայն չի հանել։

«Մանկապարտեզ հաճախելու ընթացքում երեխայի մոտ որոշակի խնդիրներ նկատեցի, ստուգումներից հետո պարզվեց, որ հոգեխոսքային հապաղում ունի, ախտորոշում տվեցին հոգեխոսքային զարգացման հապաղում՝ աուտիկ սիմպտոմատիկա վարքային խանգարումով։ Դրանից հետո ես խոսել եմ թե՛ դաստիարակի հետ, թե՛ մանկապարտեզի տնօրենի հետ, բացատրել, որ երեխայի ակտիվ, տարբերվող վարքը դրանով է պայմանավորված։ Բայց խնդիրը շարունակվել է։ Դաստիարակն ասում էր՝ «խանգարում է, աղմկում է, ես չեմ կարող երեսուն երեխայի աչքաթող անել, միայն մեկով զբաղվել»։ Ու երբ այդ նույն ընթացքում կապտուկներ էի նկատում ու դիմում դաստիարակին, ասում էր, թե մահճակալից իջնելիս ինքնավնասում է եղել, դրա համար են կապտուկներ առաջացել։ Այսինքն, եթե մի օր գնայի, երեխայիս լուրջ վնասվածքով գտնեի, էլի ասելու էին, թե ինքնավնասո՞ւմ է։ Կամ գիտեն՝ երեխան հաշմանդամության կարգ ունի, ինչո՞ւ են երկրորդ հարկում քնեցնում»,- պատմեց ծնողը։

Նա ներկայացրեց, որ մանկապարտեզում երեխայի ներառական կրթության իրավունքը չի իրացվել, հաճախ քնի ժամին դաստիարակը զանգել ու ասել է, թե «արի, տար, խանգարում է, չի թողնում, որ մյուս երեխաները քնեն»։

«Մեկ ամիս է՝ երեխային մանկապարտեզ չեմ տանում, մի անգամ չեն զանգել, հարցրել, թե ինչու չեմ տանում։ Ավելին, երբ խնդրի մասին որոշեցի բարձրաձայնել, ու խոսեցի ԶԼՄ-ներից մեկի հետ, բոլոր ծնողները զանգեցին, սկսեցին ինձ մեղադրել, ինչ ասես ասել։ Դաստիարակն էլ ինձ սպառնաց, որ դատի է տալու իր բարի համբավն արատավորելու համար։ Բայց ես նկարներ ունեմ, որ երեխայի մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներում կապտուկներ կան, ձայնագրություններ էլ ունեմ, որ երեխաս լոգոպեդի մոտ ասում է՝ «ընկեր Սերինեն տուտուզիս խփեց»։ Բացի այդ, նման խնդիր ունեցող երեխաները կրկնօրինակում են մեծերի վարքը, ու երբ դեռ մանկապարտեզ էր հաճախում, ես գնում էի իր հետևից, սկսում էր մազերս քաշել ու հարցնել՝ «լա՞վ ա»։ Այսինքն՝ նույնն իր հետ են արել»,- պատմեց ծնողը։

Մաշա Մաթևոսյանն ասաց, որ երեխայի հետ աշխատող մասնագետները պնդում են՝ տղան պետք է մանկապարտեզ գնա, պետք է սոցիալականացվի։
