ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը պարզաբանել է Աբխազիայում սոցիալական վճարների դադարեցման պատճառները

Ռուսաստանի կողմից Աբխազիայում սոցիալական վճարների դադարեցումը սրացում չէ, դա վերաբերում է երկու երկրների կառավարությունների ստանձնած պարտավորությունների հավասարակշռության պահպանմանը, РБК հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը։

«Ես դա սրացում չէի անվանի: Վերադառնալով թեմային, ինչի շուրջ հենց նոր խոսեցինք՝ սա ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների իրագործումն է։ Գոյություն ունի համաձայնագրերի փաթեթ, որն արտոնել են նախագահներն ու որին հավանություն են տվել երկու երկրների կառավարությունները։

Եվ ըստ այս պայմանագրերի, որոնք նույնիսկ վավերացվել են երկու խորհրդարաններում, յուրաքանչյուր երկիր ունի իր պարտավորությունները։ Խոսքը պարզապես այս պարտավորությունների միջև հավասարակշռության պահպանման մասին է, և մեր աբխազ ընկերները դա հիանալի հասկանում են»,- ասել է Լավրովը։

Նա նշել է, որ օգոստոսի սկզբին, երբ Աբխազիայի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Շամբային շնորհավորել է իր պաշտոնին վերադառնալու կապակցությամբ, հրավիրել է նրան ցանկացած հարմար պահի այցելել Ռուսաստան։

«Վստահ եմ, որ առաջիկա օրերին և շաբաթներին մենք կկարողանանք կազմակերպել նման հանդիպում։ Եվ, իհարկե, մեր մյուս գերատեսչություններն ու Սուխումի նրանց գործընկերները համապատասխան աշխատանքներ են տանում։ Բայց գլխավորը նախագահների հավանությանն արժանացած բոլոր պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացումն է»,- շեշտել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը։

Ռուսաստանը սեպտեմբերի 1-ից կասեցրել է Աբխազիայում սոցիալական վճարումները: Դրանք ստանում էին  ուսուցիչները, բժիշկները, իրավապահ մարմինների աշխատակիցները։ Միևնույն ժամանակ Շամբան հայտարարել է, որ այս աշնանը և ձմռանը Մոսկվան Աբխազիային էլեկտրաէներգիա կմատակարարի առևտրային գնով։
