Կծածկի ամբողջ Երկիրը․ փորձագետները կանխատեսել են համաճարակ, որն ավելի վատը կլինի, քան Covid-ը

Նոր համաճարակը, որը սպառնում է ամբողջ աշխարհին, սովորաբար կոչվում է հիվանդություն X: Որքանո՞վ է այն վտանգավոր, որքան վարակիչ և արդյոք ունի մահացու ելք, այժմ մենք կարող ենք միայն ենթադրություններ անել:
Սակայն փորձագետները սկսել են քննարկել դրա զարգացման տեմպերը, առաջացման աղբյուրները և պաշտպանիչ միջոցառումները դեռ 2018թ.։ Ինչպես ենթադրում են WEF փորձագետները, անհայտ պաթոգենի կիզակետ կարող է հայտնվել Հարավարևելյան Ասիայում: Դա պայմանավորված է բնակչության խտության, ուրբանիզացիայի, տնտեսական ինտեգրման աստիճանի և բազմաթիվ այլ գործոնների բնութագրերով: Արեւելյան տնտեսական ֆորումում կենսավտանգների դեմ պայքարող կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներն առավել մանրամասն անդրադարձել են խորհրդավոր վիրուսին։ Այն կարող է պատրաստվել և գործարկվել որպես կենսաբանական զենք։
«Մենք այժմ ապրում ենք այսպես կոչված «տվյալների ճգնաժամի» մեջ, որը չափազանց անհրաժեշտ է համաճարակը բացահայտելու և արձագանքելու և դրա զարգացումը կանխատեսելու համար։ Սա պահանջում է օբյեկտիվ տվյալներ։ Այսօր, ցավոք, նման հնարավորությունը չափազանց դժվար է մեզ համար», - կիսում է Սպառողների իրավունքների պաշտպանության և մարդու բարեկեցության վերահսկողության դաշնային ծառայության ղեկավարի տեղակալ Վյաչեսլավ Սմոլենսկին:
«Նույնիսկ այդ մեծ զբոսաշրջային հոսքի, տեղաշարժի ազատության, բարձր տեխնոլոգիական նվաճումների, բժշկության, կանխատեսումների, պատվաստումների զարգացման մակարդակի պայմաններում, մնում է անորոշության այսպիսի հսկայական դաշտ պաթոգեն սպառնալիքների նոր տեսակների առաջացման համար։ Թե՞ սա դեռ ինչ-որ մեկի տեխնածին գործունեությունն է, ինչ-որ մեկի լրիվ իմաստալից, լավ մտածված տրամաբանությունը: Մեթոդաբանություններից մեկը, երբ մարդուն սովորեցնում են ինչ-որ անխուսափելիության։ Այսինքն, երբ ինչ-որ բան հայտնվում է որպես աքսիոմ, ասես ապացույց չի պահանջում, վաղ թե ուշ շատ սարսափելի բան է լինելու»,- ասում է ՌԴ Դաշնային ժողովի Պետդումայի փոխնախագահ Իրինա Յարովայան։
Փորձագետների կարծիքով, «ինչ-որ շատ սարսափելի բան» նախկինում արդեն կանխատեսվել էր, և դա Covid-ն էր: ԱՄՆ-ի և Մեծ Բրիտանիայի գիտնականները վարժանքներ են անցկացրել և կանխատեսել COVID-19-ին բնորոշ բոլոր նշանները։ Եվ հիմա նույն բոլոր գիտնականները աշխարհը նախապատրաստում են նոր անխուսափելիության։ Այն աստիճան, որ կարող է սկսվել ջրծաղիկի համաճարակ: Ինչպես հայտնի է դարձել, արտասահմանցի վիրուսաբաններն արդեն մեծ քանակությամբ պատվաստանյութեր են պատվիրել։ Բայց հարցն այն է, թե «ինչի՞ համար»։
