Աշխարհը դուրս է գալիս հյուսիսային կիսագնդի՝ գրանցումների սկզբից ի վեր ամենատաք ամառից: Ըստ Euractiv-ի՝ դրա մասին ուրբաթ հայտնել է Եվրամիության կլիմայի փոփոխության մոնիտորինգի Copernicus (C3S) ծառայությունը։

Այս տարվա ամառը գերազանցեց նախորդ տարին և դարձավ ամենատաքն աշխարհում։

Բացառիկ շոգը մեծացնում է հավանականությունը, որ 2024 թվականը կգերազանցի 2023 թվականը՝ որպես մոլորակի ռեկորդային ամենատաք տարի:

«2024 թվականի վերջին երեք ամիսներին աշխարհը զգացել է իր ամենաշոգ հունիսը և օգոստոսը, ռեկորդային ամենաշոգ օրը և ռեկորդային ամենաթեժ բորեալ ամառը»,- նշել է C3S-ի փոխտնօրեն Սամանտա Բըրջեսը:

Եթե ​​երկրները շտապ չկրճատեն ջերմոցային գազերի արտանետումները, որոնք տաքացնում են մոլորակը, էքստրեմալ եղանակային պայմաններն «միայն ավելի ինտենսիվ կդառնան»,- ասել է նա: Հանածո վառելիքի այրման արդյունքում ջերմոցային գազերի արտանետումները կլիմայի փոփոխության հիմնական պատճառն են:

Կլիմայի գլոբալ փոփոխությունը այս ամառ ևս աղետների պատճառ դարձավ: Սուդանում ավելի քան 300 հազար մարդ տուժել է անցած ամիս հորդառատ անձրևների հետևանքով առաջացած ջրհեղեղից։

Գիտնականները հաստատել են, որ կլիմայի փոփոխությունն ուժեղ երաշտ է առաջացրել իտալական Սիցիլիա և Սարդինիա կղզիներում, ինչպես նաև ուժեղացրել է «Գեմի» թայֆունը, որը հուլիսին մոլեգնեց Ֆիլիպիններում, Թայվանում և Չինաստանում, խլելով ավելի քան 100 մարդու կյանք:

Մարդու կողմից առաջացած կլիմայի փոփոխությունը և բնական Էլ Նինյո եղանակային երևույթը, որը տաքացնում է Խաղաղ օվկիանոսի արևելյան մակերևութային ջրերը, տարեսկզբին ռեկորդային ջերմաստիճանի հանգեցրին:

Ըստ Copernicus-ի՝ նախորդ ամիս հասարակածային Խաղաղ օվկիանոսում միջինից ցածր ջերմաստիճանը վկայում է անցում դեպի Լա Նինիա, որը Էլ Նինյոյի ավելի ցուրտ նմանակն է:

Բայց դա չի խանգարել, որ ծովի մակերևույթի գլոբալ ջերմաստիճանն ամբողջ աշխարհում արտասովոր տաք լինի, ընդ որում օգոստոսի միջին ջերմաստիճանը ավելի բարձր է, քան նույն ամսում յուրաքանչյուր տարվա ընթացքում, բացառությամբ 2023 թվականի:

Եվրամիության կլիմայի փոփոխության մոնիտորինգի Copernicus  ծառայության տվյալների շտեմարանը հասնում է 1940 թվականի տվյալներին, և գիտնականներն այն համեմատել են այլ տվյալների հետ՝ հաստատելու համար, որ 1850 թվականի նախաարդյունաբերական շրջանից ի վեր սա ամենաշոգ ամառն էր:
