Այսօր Արցախում մնացել է 14 հայ: Այս մասին այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 7-ին տեղի ունեցած պանելային քննարկման ժամանակ ասել է Արցախի ՄԻՊ Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը:
«Անգամ անձինք, որ ժամանակին ինչ-որ հույս ունեին, որ կարող են մնալ ու ապրել Ադրբեջանի կազմում, ի վերջո եկել են այն համոզման, որ դա անհնար է եւ դիմել են Կարմիր Խաչին, որ իրենց տեղափոխեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն: Սա եւս ցուցիչ է եւ սա եւս պետք է ցույց տա, որ անհնար է ապրել այնտեղ»,- ասաց նա:
Ստեփանյանը նշել է, որ մի շատ վտանգավոր պրոցեսի մասին է խոսակցություն գնում, որ միջազգային դատական ատյաններից հայցերն են հետ կանչում:
«Բազմաթիվ իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպություններ կոչ են արել, որ սա չի կարող երբեք տեղի ունենալ, որ սա խարխլում է հակամարտությունների կարգավորման արդարացի եւ պատշաճ ընթացակարգը: Բայց առնվազն այս պահը տեսնում ենք, որ ՀՀ կառավարության դիրքորոշումը շարունակում է նույնը մնալ: Որդեգրված է մի դիրքորոշում, որ եթե ամեն գնով հասան խաղաղության պայմանագրին, ապա այս հարցը փակվում է: Սա ուղղակի նշանակում է դավաճանել 150 հազար մարդու իրավունքներին եւ երես չունենալ հետագայում էլ որեւէ մի տեղ որպես ժողովուրդ, ազգ ներկայանալու, որ այն ժամանակ էլ երբ հնարավորություն կար պաշտպանելու, չենք արել, ուղղակի հավատացել ենք խաղաղությանը»,-ասել է նա:
Նա նաեւ նշեց, որ բնակարանային ծրագրի համար մինչ այժմ 30 դիմում է ներկայացվել:
