«Հրապարակ»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ ինքնասպան է եղել Արցախի Հանրապետության Անվտանգության խորհրդի նախկին քարտուղար Արշավիր Ղարամյանի փեսան՝ գործարար Լորիս Եղոյանը։ Սեպտեմբերի 9-ին՝ ժամը 11։00-ին իրավապահները նրա դին հայտնաբերել են Արմավիրի մարզի Դողս բնակավայրի Մոնթեի փողոցում գործող հյուրատանը։ Եղոյանի դին հայտնաբերվել է հրազենային վնասվածքով, հանցագործության գործիք ատրճանակը՝ դիակի կողքին։ Եղոյանը 38 տարեկան էր։

Նա ինքնասպանություն է գործել ԱՀ նախկին նախագահի կողմից պարգևատրված «Բերետա» տիպի ատրճանակով։ Նշված հյուրատունը պատկանել է նրան։

«Հրապարակ»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Եղոյանը «Ռեստիտուտոր Քեյ Փի» կոլլեկտորային ընկերության տնօրեն է եղել, Արցախի Քաշաթաշի շրջանում ՀԵԿ է ունեցել։ Եղոյանի մտերիմները մեզ պատմեցին, որ վեջինիս ինքնասպանության պատճառ կարող էին լինել ընտանեկան խնդիրներն ու ֆինանսական վիճակը։

«Հրապարակ»-ին ՆԳՆ-ից դեպքի վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունը հաստատեցին։ ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի մամուլի խոսնակ Գոռ Աբրահամյանն ասաց, որ քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել ինքնասպանության հասցնելու եւ ապօրինի զենք  կրելու հոդվածով։ «Քննիչները դեպքի վայրում են, կատարում են առաջնային անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողություններ»,-հավելեց նա։
