Այսօր հայտնել էինք, որ ինքնասպան է եղել Արցախի անվտանգության խորհրդի նախկին քարտուղարի փեսան՝ գործարար Լորիս Եղոյանը։

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնում են, որ Սեպտեմբերի 9-ին ժամը 10։40-ին ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Արմավիրի օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնից ստացվել է հաղորդում, այն մասին, որ ըստ «Էջմիածնի» ՇՕ-ից ստացված ահազանգի՝ շտապօգնության խումբը կանչով մեկնել է Դողս գյուղի համապատասխան հասցե, որտեղ հայտնաբերվել է 38-ամյա տան տիրոջ՝ Լ․ Ե․-ի, դին՝ հրազենային վնասվածքով, իսկ դիակի կողքին՝ ատրճանակ։

Փաստի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում 09.09.2024թ. ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 162-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Նախնական տվյալներ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ նույն օրը ժամը 10։00-ի սահմաններում նշված հասցեի լոգարանում Լ. Ե․-ն իրեն ամրկցված «Բերետտա» մոդելի ատրճանակով կատարել է ինքնասպանություն։

Կատարվել է դիակի արտաքին զննություն, մարմնի վրա բռնության հետքեր չեն հայտնաբերվել:
Սկզբնական զննության է ենթարկվել դեպքի վայր հանդիսացող բնակարանը։

Նշանակվել են դիակի դատաբժշկական, դատակենսաբանական, դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։

Ավելի վաղ գրել էինք, որ «Հրապարակ»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ ինքնասպան է եղել Արցախի Հանրապետության Անվտանգության խորհրդի նախկին քարտուղար Արշավիր Ղարամյանի փեսան՝ գործարար Լորիս Եղոյանը։ Սեպտեմբերի 9-ին՝ ժամը 11։00-ին իրավապահները նրա դին հայտնաբերել են Արմավիրի մարզի Դողս բնակավայրի Մոնթեի փողոցում գործող հյուրատանը։ Եղոյանի դին հայտնաբերվել է հրազենային վնասվածքով, հանցագործության գործիք ատրճանակը՝ դիակի կողքին։ Եղոյանը 38 տարեկան էր։

Նա ինքնասպանություն է գործել ԱՀ նախկին նախագահի կողմից պարգևատրված «Բերետա» տիպի ատրճանակով։ Նշված հյուրատունը պատկանել է նրան։

«Հրապարակ»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Եղոյանը «Ռեստիտուտոր Քեյ Փի» կոլլեկտորային ընկերության տնօրեն է եղել, Արցախի Քաշաթաշի շրջանում ՀԵԿ է ունեցել։ Եղոյանի մտերիմները մեզ պատմեցին, որ վեջինիս ինքնասպանության պատճառ կարող էին լինել ընտանեկան խնդիրներն ու ֆինանսական վիճակը։

«Հրապարակ»-ին ՆԳՆ-ից դեպքի վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունը հաստատեցին։ ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի մամուլի խոսնակ Գոռ Աբրահամյանն ասաց, որ քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել ինքնասպանության հասցնելու եւ ապօրինի զենք  կրելու հոդվածով։ «Քննիչները դեպքի վայրում են, կատարում են առաջնային անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողություններ»,-հավելեց նա։
