Սոխի օգտակար հատկանիշների մասին շատերը գիտեն, սակայն ոչ բոլորը գիտեն դրա կեղևի օգտակար հատկանիշների մասին:

Թեյը պետք է պատրաստել հետևյալ կերպ՝ մի բուռ կեղևը լավ լվանալ և վրան եռացրած ջուր լցնել:
Կեղևի քանակն ընտրեք այնքան, որպեսզի թեյը բաց ոսկեգույն ստացվի: Քանի որ սոխի կեղևը տարբեր է, ապա հստակ չափաքանակը որոշելն անհնար է:
