19 տարի առաջ սպանված զինծառայողի ծնողները վստահեցնում են՝ իրենց որդուն սպանողների անունները դեպքի հաջորդ օրը հայտնի էին
SOCIETY2005 թվականի ապրիլի 11-ին ՊՆ զորամասերից մեկում սպանված զինծառայող Նաիրի Իսախանյանի ծնողները վստահեցնում են՝ մեղավորները դեպքից օրեր անց էլ հայտնի են եղել: NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում Նաիրի Իսախանյանի մայրը՝ Գյուլվարդ Աղաջանյանը՝ խոսելով այն մասին, որ օրեր առաջ Քննչական կոմիտեն հայտնել է՝ սպանության գործը բացահայտվել է, ասում է.
«Ոչ թե նոր բան են բացահայտել, այլ այն ժամանակվա բացահայտածից մի մաս ջրի երես են հանել: Ոնց որ մարդը իր մոտ եղածից մի հատ գրոշ տա մուրացկանին, հիմա մեզ մուրացկան են դարձրել»:
Գյուլվարդ Աղաջանյանը պնդում է, որ դեպքից օրեր անց քննիչն իրենց հայտնել է՝ Նաիրիին ծեծի են ենթարկել նրա համածառայակիցները՝ թվով յոթ հոգի, ապա երկու անգամ կրակ արձակել նրա վրա: Նրանց բոլորին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել: Նարիրի Իսախանյանի ընտանիքի խոսքով, սակայն որոշ ժամանակ անց վերջինների անունները դուրս են եկել գործերից, մնացել է միայն կրակողի՝ Վաղինակի անունը:
«Քննիչը կանչեց, գնացինք, ասաց միայն կրակողն է, ուզում եք ուզեք, չեք ուզում՝ բողոքեք: Եթե չեք ուզում, գործը կփակեմ, կգցեմ էն դարակը»,-պատմում է Նաիրիի մայրը:
Դեպքից 5 ամիս անց փաստերի բացակայության հիմքով կրակողի նկատմամբ հետապնդումը դադարեցվել է, վարույթը՝ կասեցվել: 18 տարի անց, սակայն, գլխավոր դատախազի հանձնարարականով գործի քննությունը վերսկսվել է, մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել միայն մեկ անձի նկատմամբ:
«Որ քննիչի մոտ գնում էինք, բոլորի դիմաց այդ 6 հոգու անունը գրած, դրած էր, գործի քննության կասեցման որոշման մեջ էլ անունները կան: Եթե իրենք գիտեն՝ ովքեր են եղել, Վաղինակը պիտի՞ ասի: Վաղինակին էլ երևի ասել են արի ատկազ արի, որ թեթև պատիժ ստանաս»,-ասում է Գյուլվարդ Աղաջանյանը:
Ըստ Քննչական կոմիտեի՝ 2005թ․ մարտի 29-ին զորամասում հրաձգային գումարտակի պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայողների մասնակցությամբ տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն, որից հետո Վաղինակն անհիմն մեղադրել է Նաիրի Իսախանյանին՝ Ռազմական ոստիկանության աշխատակից իր ազգակցիի միջոցով իրավապահ մարմիններին տվյալներ տրամադրելու մեջ։ Օրեր անց, ականատես լինելով Նաիրիի և ազգականի զրույցին, Վաղինակը ծառայակցին այդ հիմքով մատնիչ է անվանել, վերջինն էլ բացատրություն է պահանջել՝ ասելով, որ վերակարգի ծառայությունն ավարտելուց հետո խոսակցություն կունենան։ Ավելի ուշ Վաղինակը գնացել է Նաիրիի ծառայության վայր եւ «ԱԿ-74» տեսակի ինքնաձիգով երկու կրակոց արձակել վերջինի ուղղությամբ՝ ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելով նրան:
Նաիրիի ընտանիքը, սակայն, վստահ է՝ մեղավորը միայն Վաղինակը չէ, պնդում են, որ հենց իրենց համագյուղացին` Գևորգ Հարությունյանն է տղայի մահվան գլխավոր մեղավորը, որը նախկինում, ըստ տիկին Գյուլվարդի, իր մեղավորությունը ծառայակիցների ներկայությամբ փորձել է բարդել Նաիրիի վրա: Նաիրիի մայրը պնդում է, որ Գևորգը վաճառել է ընտանիքին պատկանող ամբողջ անշարժ գույնքն ու գումարի դիմաց ազատվել պատասխանատվությունից: Նույն կերպ, ըստ ընտանիքի, վարվել են նաև մնացած մեղադրյալները:
