2018 թ. իշխանափոխությունից հետո փաշինյանական իշխանությունը ոչ միայն խրախուսել է նախկինների հետ աշխատած, նրանցից սնված անձանց առնետավազքը, այլև ինքն էլ ամեն ինչ արել է տարբեր պաշտոնյաների, մասնագետների ՔՊ-ական դարձնելու համար։ «Քաղպայմանագիրը», որ մինչ 2018 թ. քննադատում էր պետական համակարգի, դպրոցների, ուսումնական հաստատությունների կուսակցականացումը, ավելի լայն թափով է իրականացնում այն։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բոլորովին էլ գոհ չէ այդ տեմպերից. պետական համակարգում բազմաթիվ պաշտոնյաներ կան, որոնք «շառից-փորձանքից» հեռու աշխատում են, աչքի չեն ընկնում, բայց և չեն կատարում իշխանության կեղտոտ հրահանգները։ Եվ այժմ, Փաշինյանը որոշել է «շտկել» իրավիճակը, գրեթե բոլոր պետական հիմնարկներին, ուսումնական հաստատությունների ղեկավարներին բաց տեքստով ասվել է, որ պաշտոնները պահպանելու համար պետք է անդամագրվեն «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրին»։

Ընդ որում, հատուկ թերթիկներ են պատրաստել՝ յուրաքանչյուրին ըստ դիրքի ու պաշտոնի, որտեղ լրացնելու են նրանց ակտիվությունը կուսակցական ճակատում։ Մասնավորապես, ընդդիմության դեմ հայտարարություններից, ֆեյսբուքյան ստատուսներից մինչև գործնական քայլեր։ Այլ թերթիկներով էլ ՔՊ վարչությունը մասնագիտական առաջխաղացման հնարավորություն է տալու։

Մեր աղբյուրը նշեց, որ հատուկ գովասանքի են արժանանալու «նախկին իշխանությունների» հետ կապեր ունեցող, բայց այսօր անմոռաց նրանց քննադատողները։ Այդպիսիք նոր բարձր պաշտոնների հարցում ավելի նախընտրելի են Փաշինյանի համար։
