Օգտատերերից մեկը տեսանյութ է տարածել՝ հայտնելով, որ Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի Պարույր Սեւակ փողոցում՝ մանկապարտեզների, դպրոցների, հիվանդանոցների արանքում շենք են պայթեցրել՝ առանց նախազգուշացնելու, առանց ջրցանի․ «Առանց որեւէ ապահովագրական զռթուզիբիլի, բնակելի շենքերից 40 մետրի վրա»։ Տեսանյութում իսկապես պայթյունի ձայներ են լսվում, անասելի փոշի է բարձրանում։  «Հրապարակը» Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանից տեղեկացել է, թե ինչ է կատարվել Պարույր Սեւակ փողոցում։

Քաղաքապետարանի մամուլի խոսնակ Հայկ Կոստանյանն ասաց, որ դեռևս գարնանը «Կամ Դեվելոփմենթս» ՍՊԸ-ն դիմել է Երևանի քաղաքապետարան՝ շենքի քանդման թույլտվության համար։ Քանդման թույլտվությունը ստացել է քաղաքապետարանից, որից հետո ՍՊԸ-ն վերահամաձայնություն է բերել քաղաքապետարան այն մասին, թե ուզում է քանդումն իրականացնել պայթեցման եղանակով։ Դրան քաղաքապետարանը համաձայնություն չի տվել։ 

«Տվյալ ընկերությունը դիմել էր մեզ, որպեսզի քանդեր պայթեցման եղանակով, մենք մերժել ենք։ Որից հետո նոր գրություն է ուղարկել ՆԳՆ, թե ցանկանում է պայթեցման եղանակով քանդել շենքը, համապատասխան գրություն է ստացել առ այն, որ իրենք դեմ չեն։ Այսօր քանդումն իրականացվել է, սակայն չեն պայթեցրել, ճոպաններով շենքը իջեցրել են։ Սա է փոշու պատճառը։ Փրկարար ծառայությունն էլ տեղում աշխատել է, իրականացրել է սահմանազատում»,-ասաց Հայկ Կոստանյանը։

ՆԳՆ-ից փորձեցինք պարզաբանում ստանալ՝ ինչու՞ են մանկապարտեզների, դպրոցների, հիվանդանոցների արանքում գտնվող շենքի պայթեցմանը հավանություն տվել։ Մամուլի խոսնակ Նարեկ Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ ՆԳՆ-ն պայթեցման վերաբերյալ թույլտվություն տվող կառույց չէ, նման իրավասություն չունի։

«ՆԳՆ տեխանվտանգության ՊՈԱԿ-ը առաջարկում է շենքը քանդելու եղանակներ, սակայն եզրակացության մեջ գրում է, որ պայթեցում կարող են անել միայն Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանի թույլտվությունից հետո»,-նշեց նա։
