Նատրիումը կարող է կուտակվել մարմնի հյուսվածքներում, զգուշացրել է բժիշկը։ Այս դեպքում տուժում են ոչ միայն ներքին օրգանները, այլև արտաքին տեսքը՝ առաջանում է այտուց, այդ թվում՝ աչքերի տակ գտնվող «պայուսակներ»: Ինչ վերաբերում է բենզոպիրենին, բժիշկը շարունակել է, այս քաղցկեղածինը հանգեցնում է աղիների քաղցկեղի:
Բայց այս լուրջ հիվանդության ռիսկերը չի կարելի վերագրել միայն երշիկին, քանի որ սա մարդու սննդակարգի միակ անառողջ արտադրանքը չէ, ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին տված հարցազրույցում բացատրել է Տատյանա Բոչարովան։ Բժիշկն ընդգծել է, որ երշիկի ամենօրյա օգտագործման դեպքում նույնիսկ առողջ մարդիկ վաղ թե ուշ խնդիրներ կունենան, այդ թվում՝ ավելորդ քաշը։ Մասնագետի խոսքով՝ եթե առանց այս մթերքի դժվար է անել, ապա օրական պետք է ուտել ոչ ավելի, քան երկու բարակ շերտ։
