Արևմտամետները պատրաստվում են ստորագրահավաքի

Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը երեկ գրանցել է քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնությունը, բավարարել 51 քաղաքացիների դիմումը՝ «ԵՄ-ին ՀՀ անդամակցելու գործընթացի մեկնարկի մասին» օրենքի նախագիծն առաջարկելու նպատակով նախաձեռնող խումբ կազմավորելու մասին։ «Ժողովրդավարական ուժերի հարթակը» վաղուց էր պնդում ստորագրահավաք նախաձեռնելու մտադրության մասին, և այժմ 60 օր ունի՝ սեպտեմբերի 16-ից մինչև նոյեմբերի 14-ը, որպեսզի հավաքի անհրաժեշտ 50 հազար ստորագրությունները և օրինագիծը բերի Ազգային ժողով։
Եթե իշխող մեծամասնությունը մերժի նախագիծը, ապա ստիպված կլինեն 300 հազար քաղաքացու ստորագրություն հավաքել, որը հանրաքվեն կդարձնի պարտադիր՝ առանց ԱԺ-ի հավանության: Մեծ հավանականությամբ, նախաձեռնությանը չի հաջողվելու հավաքել անգամ 50 հազար ստորագրությունը, թեև մեր աղբյուրների պնդմամբ, արևմտյան հասարակական կազմակերպությունները, դեսպանատներն ու մեդիան որոշել են հնարավորինս լայն աջակցություն ցուցաբերել դրան։
Իրավիճակը բարդանում է այն պատճառով, որ գործող իշխանություններն առանձնապես հակված չեն աջակցել, նույնիսկ փորձելու են ձախողել, իսկ հետո իրենք կներկայացնեն նախագիծը, այդկերպ հաստիքային արևմտամետներին զրկելով ԵՄ անդամակցության հարցը շահագործելով դիվիդենտներ հավաքելու հնարավորությունից։
