Խարդախների թիրախում ավտոգնորդներն են. 27-ամյա մի կին տնային կալանքի տակ է (տեսանյութ)

Սեպտեմբերի 3-ին ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնում ստացվեց հաղորդում խարդախության վերաբերյալ: Քաղաքացին հայտնում էր, որ մեքենա գնելու նպատակով գնացել են մի տուն, տանտիրուհին վերցրել է իրենց տված կանխավճարը, տարել գրավադրված մեքենայի համար վճարում կատարելու և այլևս չի վերադարձել:
Քաղաքացուց ընդունվեց հաղորդում, և Արաբկիրի ոստիկաններն անցան գործի:
«Սա մեր բաժնում ստացված նմանատիպ առաջին ահազանգը չէր, որ մեքենա գնելու պատրվակով քաղաքացին դառնում էր խարդախության զոհ: Այս անգամ, նաև համադրելով նախկին խարդախությունների բացահայտման ընթացքում ստացած օպերատիվ տեղեկությունները, հաջողվեց պարզել հանցավոր խմբի անդամներից մեկի ինքնությունը»,-ներկայացնում է ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնի ՔՀԲ ավագ օպերլիազոր Գրիգորի Նիկողոսյանը:
Այս պահին քննությանը հայտնի է խմբի կատարած նմանատիպ խարդախության չորս դրվագ: Որպեսզի մեքենայի առքուվաճառք կատարող այլ քաղաքացիներ ևս խարդախության թիրախ չդառնան` հնարավորինս մանրամասն ներկայացնենք խարդախության մեխանիզմը` այս կոնկրետ դեպքի օրինակով:
Նախապես հանցավոր համաձայնության գալով` խարդախները մի կայքից տեղեկացել էին «Տոյոտա Քեմրի» մակնիշի մեքենայի վաճառքի մասին: Կապ էին հաստատել տիրոջ հետ` իբր գնորդ են, մեքենան իրենց դուր է եկել, և որպեսզի գնեն` իրենց հարկավոր են մեքենայի լուսանկարներն ու տեսագրությունը, նաև տեխանձնագրի նկարը: Հետո խնդրել են հանել մեքենայի հայտարարությունը, որ հանկարծ ուրիշ գնորդ չհայտնվի:
Հաջորդ քայլով խարդախները նույն մեքենայի վաճառքի հայտարարությունը` մեքենայի և տեխանձնագրի նկարներով, տեղադրել են մեկ այլ կայքում` շատ ավելի էժան, այսպես ասած` գայթակղիչ գնով:
Պոտենցիալ տուժողը կապվել էր մեքենա վաճառողի հետ, որը նրան ասել էր, թե իբր մեքենան գրավադրված է, և վաճառքն իրականացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է մեկուկես միլիոն դրամից քիչ ավելի գումար:
Կանխավճարի հարցում համաձայնության գալուց հետո տղամարդը ասել է, թե իբր ինքն աշխատում է նախարարություններից մեկում, շատ զբաղված է, բայց կարող են գնալ իրենց տուն, որտեղ իր կինը բոլոր հարցերը կկարգավորի: Տալիս է Վաղարշյան փողոցում գտնվող իրենց տան հասցեն, որտեղ իրենց կսպասի կինը` Լիանան: Տուժողները գնում են Վաղարշյան փողոց: Լիանան նրանց դիմավորում է, վերցնում կանխավճարը, խոստանում արագ վերադառնալ և... անդարձ հեռանում է:
Բնականաբար` պարզվում է, որ բնակարանը տրվում էր օրավարձով, ու Լիանան բոլորովին էլ Լիանա չէ:
Սեպտեմբերի 3-ին Լիանա ներկայացած անձը հայտնաբերվեց Սևան քաղաքում, խարդախություն կատարելու հիմնավոր կասկածանքով ձերբակալվեց և տեղափոխվեց ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժին:
27-ամյա կնոջ նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել տնային կալանքը:
