Խnւլիգանության դեպք՝ Գեղարքունիքում

SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ սեպտեմբերի 3-ին խուլիգանության դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում։ ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Գեղարքունիքի մարզի գումարտակի ջրային պարեկ Օհանյանը ժամը 07։15-ի սահմաններում Դրախտիկ-Ծովագյուղ հատվածում, Սևանա լճի վրա նկատել են ձկնորսությամբ զբաղվող նավակ, որը վարել է Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ 60-ամյա Վարդան Նավասարդյանը, ումից պահանջել են ներկայացնել ձկնորսության վերաբերյալ փաստաթուղթ, սակայն վերջինս հայտնել է, որ հայտ է ներկայացրել «Սևան ազգային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ-ին, դեռևս չի ստացել համապատասխան լիցենզիա և ավելացրել է, որ իր նավակը տեղից չի շարժվելու, մինչև նշված վայր չներկայանան «Սևան ազգային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի աշխատակիցները:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, քիչ անց նշված վայր են ժամանել Ծովագյուղ գյուղի մի խումբ բնակիչներ, ովքեր վիճաբանել են պարեկների հետ, խոչընդոտել նրանց կողմից իրականացվող գործողություններին, հայհոյանքներ հնչեցրել ու այդ ընթացքում փորձել են հիշյալ նավակը հրելու միջոցով կրկին մտցնել Սևանա լիճ՝ հանդիպելով պարեկների դիմադրությանը ներկաներից 1 անձ մետաղյա խողովակով 2 անգամ փորձել է հարվածել, ինչպես նաև փորձել են նավակը շրջել պարեկի վրա, որի ընթացքում ՊԾ կարգախմբից Դանիելյանը և Օհանյանը կիրառել են «օդամղիչ պղպեղ»՝ խողովակով հարվածել փորձող անձի վրա: Վիճաբանության ընթացքում վերջիններս ՊԾ ծառայողների հասցեին հնչեցրել են սպառնալիքներ: Հիշյալ անձանց գործողությունների արդյունքում չի հաջողվել լողամիջոցը և նավակում առկա ձկները տեղափոխել բաժնի հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք:
Ոստիկանության Ճամբարակի բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ նշված դեպքի մասնակիցներ են հանդիսանում Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչներ 36-ամյա Արսեն Նավասարդյանը, 51-ամյա Գարուն Գ․-ն, 51-ամյա Ազատ Հայրապետյանը, 65-ամյա Սամվել Խալաֆյանը, 29-ամյա Տիգրան Ն․-ն:
Ոստիկանների կողմից ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում ժամը 15։30-ի սահմաններում նշված լողամիջոցը, 25 հատ ընդհանուր 11 կգ քաշով «Սիգ» տեսակի ձկներով հանդերձ, տեղափոխվել է բաժնի հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք:
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Ճամբարակի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Սևանի քննչական բաժին:
