ՊԵԿ մի խումբ պաշտոնյաների կողմից 8 մլն դրամ կաշառք պահանջելու դեպք է բացահայտվել. կան կալանավորվածներ

Բացահայտվել է Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի մի խումբ պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից 8 մլն ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք պահանջելու դեպքը:
Այս մասին հայտնել են կոմիտեից:
ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում քննված քրեական վարույթով հիմնավորվել է, որ ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի գլխավոր հարկային տեսուչներ Վ. Ա.-ն և Հ. Կ.-ն խմբի կազմում, նախնական համաձայնությամբ, կաշառք տվողի մատնանշած անձի օգտին իրենց կողմից հովանավորչության, ինչպես նաև ապօրինի անգործություն կատարելու համար Ս. Ա.-ի օժանդակությամբ պահանջել են առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ 8 մլն ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք։
Մասնավորապես՝ նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Վ. Ա.-ն և Հ. Կ.-ն 2024 թվականի մարտի 20-ին շինարարական ընկերություններից մեկի կողմից ՀՀ Արմավիրի մարզում գտնվող մանկապարտեզի հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքների իրականացման վայրում հարկային ստուգումների ժամանակ հայտնաբերել են հարկային ընթացակարգով չհաշվառված առնվազն 9 աշխատակիցների, ինչպես նաև նշված շինարարական ընկերության և դրա հետ փոխկապակցված մեկ այլ ընկերության կողմից իրականացված տարբեր գործարքների ընթացքում դեռևս չպարզված հարկային տարբեր իրավախախտումներ:
Դրանից հետո Հ. Կ.-ն և Վ. Ա.-ն իրենց ընդհանուր ծանոթ Ս. Ա.-ի միջոցով հանդիպել են հիշյալ շինարարական երկու ընկերությունների տնօրենի ու փոխտնօրենի հետ և նրանց օգտին անգործություն կատարելու, այն է՝ հարկային ստուգումների ընթացքում հայտնաբերված չհաշվառված աշխատակիցների փաստը, ինչպես նաև տարբեր գործարքների ընթացքում չպարզված հարկային իրավախախտումները չարձանագրելու համար պահանջել են առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ 8.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք՝ միևնույն ժամանակ խոստանալով հետագայում վերը նշված ընկերությունների համար խնդիրներ չստեղծել և հովանավորչության եղանակով պայմաններ ստեղծել անխոչընդոտ աշխատելու համար: Հիշյալ շինարարական ընկերությունների տնօրենն ու փոխտնօրենը, ինչպես նաև նույն ընկերությունների իրական շահառու հանդիսացող Կ. Հ.-ն տվել են իրենց համաձայնությունը՝ պաշտոնար անձանց տալ պահանջված կաշառքի գումարը:
Վերը նշված հանցավոր արարքների համար Վ. Ա.-ին և Հ. Կ.-ին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 435-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով (Կաշառք ստանալը), Ս. Ա.-ին՝ 46-435-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով, իսկ Կ. Հ.-ին՝ 436-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 3-րդ կետերով (Կաշառք տալը):
Մեղադրյալներից երեքի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանքը, իսկ մեկի նկատմամբ՝ տնային կալանքը:
Քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և վարույթի նյութերը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել են դատարան՝ ըստ էության քննելու համար:
