Մոսկվայի զգուշացումը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին

ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենի հետ հեռախոսազրույցից մեկ օր անց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդունել է Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկին, որը նաև Հարավային Կովկասում տրանսպորտային ուղիների ապաշրջափակման հարցով եռակողմ աշխատանքային խմբի համանախագահն է։
Ըստ հայկական կողմի՝ քննարկվել են Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև երկկողմ հարաբերությունների օրակարգին վերաբերող հարցեր: Փաշինյանն ու Օվերչուկն անդրադարձել են նաև Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության շրջանակում փոխգործակցությանն առնչվող թեմաների: Թե ինչ են քննարկել տրանսպորտային ուղիների ապաշրջափակման վերաբերյալ, չի հաղորդվում։
Օվերչուկն առանձին հանդիպում է ունեցել նաև Մհեր Գրիգորյանի հետ, հայտարարել, թե Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև ապրանքաշրջանառությունը 2024 թվականին կարող է կազմել 14-16 մլրդ դոլար։ Նրա խոսքով, 2023 թվականին Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի փոխադարձ առևտուրն աճել է 55,8 տոկոսով՝ հասնելով 7,4 մլրդ դոլարի։ Միայն այս տարվա առաջին կիսամյակում ապրանքաշրջանառությունը կազմել է 8,4 մլրդ դոլար։ Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետը նշել է, թե 2015 թվականին ԵԱՏՄ-ին միանալուց ի վեր Հայաստանի մեկ շնչին բաժին ընկնող ՀՆԱ-ն աճել է 2,3 անգամ։
Ըստ էության, ՌԴ փոխվարչապետը եկել է Երևան՝ ՀՀ իշխանություններին նախազգուշացնելու, որ արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորի փոփոխությունը տնտեսական հետևանքներ է ունենալու Հայաստանի համար։ Ռուսական կողմը վերջին ամիսներին մի քանի անգամ բաց տեքստով զգուշացումներ է արել, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ հարաբերությունների կասեցումը շղթայական ազդելու է նաև ԵԱՏՄ և ԱՊՀ անդամակցության վրա։
Ըստ ամենայնի, ամերիկյան կողմն էլ տեղյակ է եղել Օվերչուկի այցից, Բլինքենն էլ զանգել էր՝ իր զգուշացումներն անելու։
