Ադրբեջանում գտնվող հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացում Թուրքիայի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ, դեսպան Սերդար Քըլըչը հանդիպել է այդ երկրի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովին։

Ըստ ադրբեջանական արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության՝ Բայրամովն ու Քըլըչը քննարկել են հայ-ադրբեջանական խաղաղության գործընթացի, հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացի, ինչպես նաև տարածաշրջանային և միջազգային անվտանգության հարցեր: Բայրամովը, հաղորդագրության համաձայն, մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացի մասին։

Քըլըչն օրեր առաջ էլ Մոսկվայում էր, հանդիպել էր Ռուսաստանի փոխարտգործնախարար Միխայիլ Գալուզինին, քննարկել էին Հարավային Կովկասի իրավիճակն ու տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն հաստատելու հեռանկարը։ Հանդիպմանը Գալուզինն ու Քըլըչը «իրենց պատրաստակամությունն էին հայտնել շարունակելու երկու երկրների մոտեցումների սերտ համակարգումը՝ այդ թվում նաև տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության «3+3» ձևաչափի շրջանակում»։

Թուրքիան, Քըլըչի միջոցով, ակտիվորեն բանակցություններ է վարում Հարավային կովկասում իր շահերն առաջ մղելու հարցում, և հերթական անգամ բանակցությունները վարվում են առանց Հայաստանի մասնակցության։ Ցավոք, մեր երկիրը, Փաշինյանի օրոք և նրա մեղքով, վաղուց դարձել է ոչ թե միջազգային հարաբերությունների սուբյեկտ, այլ օբյեկտ, որին ոչ ոք հաշվի չի առնում։
