Կառավարության կողմից արդեն լուծարված ԱՆԻՖ-ում 10 միլիարդ դրամից ավել գումար է վատնվել, սակայն որևէ մեկը պատասխանատվության չի ենթարկվել, բացի այդ աշխատակիցները տարեկան 30-40 միլիոն դրամ աշխատավարձ են ստացել: Այս մասին 5-րդ ալիքի-ի եթերում հայտարարել է ՀՀ ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Աննա Գրիգորյանը:
«ՊՎԾ-ն շատ հստակ տեսել է, որ ԱՆԻՖ-ում մարդիկ անհասկանալի շատ բարձր աշխատավարձ են ստանում, անհասկանալի գործառույթ են անում, շատ բարձր պարգեւավճաչ են ստանում, սա էլ հերիք չէ, իրենց հիմնական գործառույթները շատ խոշոր գումարով արտապատվիրակում է ինչ-որ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների, որպեսզի իրենց փոխարեն ֆինանսական աուդիտ անեն, խորհրդատվություն անեն եւ այլն:Միայն մեկ միլիարդ դրամ է ծախսվել հանրային կապերի ծառայությունների մատակաիարումների, խորհրդատվության, գործողումների վրա ու հստակ որեւէ զեկույց չկա, թե ուր են գնացել, այդ մատակարարող կազմակերպություններն ովքեր են: Իմիջայլոց հիմնական պրոցեսները ԱՆԻՖ-ի դուստր հիմնադրամի միջոցով են արել, ես միայն խոսում եմ ԱՆԻՖ-ի հիմնական հիմնադրամի մասին՝ իմ նշած աշխատավարձերով եւ պարգեւավճարներով»,- ասել է նա:
Նա նշեց, որ ՊՎԾ տվյալների հիման վրա գործ է հարուցվել, սակայն որեւէ մեղադրյալ դեռ չկա:
«Պատկերացրեք, որ ընդդիմադիր հայացքներով որեւէ մեկը 10 դրամ այս կողմ կամ այն կողմ տարբերությամբ հաշվետվություն ներկայացներ, տեղում կկալանավորեին: 10 միլիարդ դրամի վատնում իրականացվել, ու դրա համար մեկուկես տարի անց որեւէ մեկը մեղադրյալ չէ: Ավելի, տվյալ կազմակերպության ղեկավարը բարեհաջող ընտրվել է քաղաքապետ»,-ասաց նա:
