Արտառոց դեպք՝ ՀՀ մարզերից մեկում․ դպրոցում երեխայի նկատմամբ ոտնձգnւթյուն է կատարվել

SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության մարզերից մեկի տարածքային բաժնում 32-ամյա տղամարդը դիմում է ներկայացրել, որ իր անչափահաս որդու համադասարանցին իր տղայի կամքին հակառակ բռնի սեռական հարաբերություն է ունեցել նրա հետ։
Նշված քաղաքացուն հրավիրել են ոստիկանության տարածքային բաժին, որտեղ նա հայտնել է, որ այդ մասին իմացել է, երբ տղան լացելով եկել է տուն ու հայտնել իրենց։
Երեխան ասել է, որ ինքը չի ուզում ապրել, ուզում է ինքնասպանություն գործել, իսկ սեպտեմբերի 9-ին երեխայի ծնողները գնացել են հիմնական դպրոց, որտեղ սովորում է իրենց որդին, այդտեղ էլ 70-ամյա Ս․ Պ․-ն նրանց հասցեին հնչեցրել է սպանության սպառնալիքներ, ասելով, որ եթե այդ մասին բարձրաձայնեն, կսպանի իրենց և վիզները կկտրի։
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության տարածքային բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են ձևակերպվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի տվյալ մարզի քննչական վարչություն, որտեղ էլ դեպքի փաստով «սեքսուլ բնույթի բռնի գործողություն» հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
