Իրավապաշտպան Կարապետ Պողոսյանը տնային կալանքից ազատ է արձակվել: Այս մասին հայտնում են նրա փաստաբաններ Արտակ Նավասարդյանը եւՍլավիկ Պողոսյանը:
«Ինչպես արդեն հայտնել էինք, 2024 թվականի օգոստոսի 22-ին Գեղարքունիքի մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը որոշում էր կայացրել մինչդատական վարույթում Կարապետ Պողոսյանի նկատմամբ կիրառված տնային կալանքը 3 ամիս ժամկետով երկարաձգելու, իսկ 2 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամի չափով գրավն անփոփոխ թողնելու վերաբերյալ, որի դեմ, բնականաբար, ներկայացվել է հատուկ վերանայման վերաքննիչ բողոք:
Չսպասելով վերը նշված բողոքի վերաբերյալ ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի կողմից դատական ակտի կայացմանը կամ հրապարակմանը` այսօր` 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 13-ին, կայացած դատական նիստի ընթացքում պաշտպանության կողմը Կ. Պողոսյանի նկատմամբ կիրառված տնային կալանքը վարչական հսկողությամբ փոխելու, իսկ կիրառված գրավի չափը 1 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամով ավելացնելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդություն ներկայացրեց դատարանին:
Գեղարքունիքի մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը (նախագահությամբ` Ա. Մարտիրոսյանի) բավարարեց պաշտպանության կողմի միջնորդությունը` Կարապետ Պողոսյանին անհապաղ ազատ արձակելով դատական նիստերի դահլիճից:
