Азербайджан будет проводить делимитацию лишь там, где это ему выгодно. Об этом во время традиционных брифингов в Национальном Собрании заявил 16 сентября глава парламентской фракции оппозиционного блока «Армения» Сейран Оганян, комментируя текст регламента комиссий по делимитации.
Журналисты, в частности, напомнили о том, что Правительство Армении 5 сентября без какого-либо обсуждения одобрило регламент работы комиссий по делимитации и демаркации армяно-азербайджанской границы. Документ направлен в Конституционный суд, который рассмотрит его 24 сентября.
По словам Оганяна, существующие в регламенте противоречия в случае одобрения со стороны КС станут основанием для оказания Азербайджаном давления на Армению. «Там есть по меньшей мере два вызывающих озабоченность пункта», - заметил депутат.
Первый, по его словам, касается ссылки на возможность внесения изменений в пункт об Алма-Атинской декларации, а второй – что можно проводить делимитацию и демаркацию на отдельных участках.
Одобрение же со стороны Конституционного суда, по мнению главы парламентской фракции, Баку будет использовать для дальнейшего давления на Ереван.
