Լուսահոգի Արմեն Գրիգորյանի գործով մեղադրական վճռի դեմ պաշտպանների վերաքննիչ բողոքների քննությունն ավարտվեց։ Վերաքննիչ դատարանը մերժեց  արդարացնել Գրիգորյանին՝ դատական ակտը թողնելով անփոփոխ։

Հիշեցնենք՝ պրոդյուսեր Արմեն Գրիգորյանը մահացել էր հենց դատական նիստերի դահլիճում՝ իր գործով նախնական դատալսումների ընթացքում։ Գրիգորյանը կալանքի տակ էր գտնվում արարքի համար, որը ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքով հանցագործություն չէր համարվում։ Նրան  մեղադրանք էին առաջադրել «հրապարակայնորեն ազգային արժանապատվությունը նվաստացնելու համար»՝ որպես հիմք ծառայեցնելով մամուլի ասուլիսներից մեկի ժամանակ նրա հայտնած կարծիքը։   

Պաշտպանական կողմը Վերաքննիչ դատարանի վճռից զարմացած չէ՝ այսօրվա քաղաքական իշխանության ստեղծած մթնոլորտն է դատական իշխանության կաշկանդվածության պատճառը։

Փաստաբան Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը դատական նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց՝ այլ ատյաններ էլ կդիմեն։ Ի սկզբանե գործն ակնհայտ քաղաքական դրդապատճառներով է հարուցվել Արմեն Գրիգորյանի դեմ։ Նրան ձերբակալել են հակաիշխանական հանրահավաքների ժամանակ, կալանավորման միջնորդության մեջ էլ ֆիքսել են՝ հիմքը Ֆրանսիայի հրապարակում նրա ելույթն է եղել։

«Մենք չենք մոռանալու այն մարդուն, որը մինչև վերջ, իր կյանքի գնով կռիվ տվեց ճշմարտության համար»,- ասաց Մելիքյանը՝ հավելելով՝  պայքարելու են ու հասնելու արդարության վերականգնմանը։
