Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի բնականոն գործունեությունը ապահովելու նպատակով՝ Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության ճանապարհային դեպարտամենտի կողմից, Վերին Պտղնի բնակավայրի հատվածում տեղադրվում է ուղեփակոց։

ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության կողմից տեղում ապահովվում է հասարակական կարգը։ 15 անձ ՎԻՎ օրենսգրքի 182 հոդվածով նախատեսված արարքի համար բերվել է ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժին։ Սա որևէ կերպ որևէ տնտեսվարողի գործունեությունը խոչընդոտելու նպատակ չի հետապնդում, ապահովվում է ավտոճանապարհի բնականոն երթևեկությունը, երթևեկության մասնակիցների անվտանգությունը միջպետական ճանապարհի կողային հատվածում: Այս մասին Tert.am-ին հայտնեցին  ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության լրատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի մոտ գտնվող «Զովք» և մի քանի խանութների աշխատակիցներ ու տնտեսվարողներ, ինչպես նաև Վերին Պտղնիի բնակիչներ, ի նշան բողոքի, փակել են ճանապարհը:  

Այդ օբյեկտների աշխատակիցներն ու գյուղի բնակիչները պահանջում էին, որպեսզի ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության «Ճանապարհային դեպարտամենտ» ընկերությունը հստակ պատասխանի, թե ինչից ելնելով և ում որոշմամբ է որոշվել, որ պետք է ճանապարհի այդ հատվածում տեղադրվեն երկաթե արգելապատնեշներ:
