Иран ожидает поддержки от России в рамках проекта Север-Юг: Абдулнасир Хеммати

Иран ожидает, что Россия серьезно поддержит проект международного коридора Север-Юг. Об этом сказал министр экономики и финансов Ирана Абдулнасир Хеммати в Тегеране на встрече с помощником президента России Игорем Левитиным.

По его словам, скорейшая активизация международного коридора Север-Юг как подходящего транзитного направления может дать толчок к укреплению сотрудничества между Ираном, Россией, Индией и странами, расположенными вокруг Персидского залива.

Хеммати отметил, что Иран поддерживает инвестиции других стран в активизацию этого коридора и может облегчить участие других стран в этом проекте (железная дорога Решт-Астара), учитывая специальные инвестиционные стимулы.

"Мы надеемся стать свидетелями роста российских инвестиций в Иран, в основном в нефтяные, логистические и транзитные проекты", - отметил он.

На встрече помощник Президента России Игорь Левитин сказал, что Россия выделила бюджет на строительство железной дороги Решт-Астара. Объем грузов, которые могут быть перевезены по этой железной дороге, составляет 15 миллионов тонн, и его можно увеличить до 30-50 миллионов тонн.
