ԵԽԽՎ-ն մերժեց Ուոլթերի հակահայկական զեկույցը

Եվրախորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովը մերժեց բրիտանացի խորհրդարանական Ռոբերտ Ուոլթերի (ի դեպ, նա արդեն ԵԽԽՎ անդամ չէ- հեղ.) «Բռնության աճը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում և Ադրբեջանի մյուս օկուպացված տարածքներում» զեկույցը:
ԵԽԽՎ-ի ձմեռային նստաշրջանի հունվարի 26-ի նիստում հնչել են հակահայկական զեկույցները քննադատող ելույթներ: Զեկույցների ընդունմանը դեմ են արտահայտվել Եվրոպական ժողովրդական, Քրիստոնեադեմոկրատական, Սոցիալիստական կուսակցությունների ներակայացուցիչները: Պատգամավոր Ռուդի Սալը (Ֆրանսիա, ԵԺԿ, ՔԴ) ընդգծեց, որ Բոսնիայի ու Հերցեգովինայի ներկայացուցիչ Միլիցա Մարկովիչը «Ադրբեջանի սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի բնակիչները կանխամտածված կերպով զրկվում են ջրից» թեմայով զեկույցը պատրաստել է առանց լինելու տեղանքում, որին վերաբերում է զեկույցը: «Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահները պայմանավորվել են շարունակել երկխոսությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ լուծման գործում, և նման զեկույցների ներկայացումը կվտանգի կարգավորման գործընթացը»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` համոզմունք հայտնեց Սալը:
Խոսելով բրիտանացի խորհրդարանական Ռոբերտ Ուոլթերի (ի դեպ, նա արդեն ԵԽԽՎ անդամ չէ- հեղ.) «Բռնության աճը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում և Ադրբեջանի մյուս օկուպացված տարածքներում» զեկույցի մասին` ֆրանսիացի պատգամավոր Ռենե Ռուքեն (Սոցիալիստ) հիշատակեց Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրների հայտարարությունները, որոնք անընդունելի են համարում ՄԽ ձևաչափի տապալման քայլերը: «Կողմերից մեկի կարծիքն առաջ տանելու փոխարեն զեկուցողը լավ կաներ քայլեր ձեռնարկել` ամրապնդելու Մինսկի խմբի դիրքերը: Եվրախորհրդի Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովը, լինելով հեղինակավոÖ € կառույց, պետք է ձգտի կողմերի միջև ոչ ֆորմալ երկխոսություն հաստատել»,-հայտարարեց Ռուքեն` ընդգծելով, որ դեմ է քվեարկելու զեկույցին: Նա Ուոլթերի զեկույցը համարում է կողմնակալ ու նման գործելաոճը ոչ հարիր է համարում ԵԽԽՎ-ին:
Հայ դատի Եվրոպայի գրասենյակը համացանցում ստորագրահավաք է նախաձեռնել՝ ընդդեմ ԵԽԽՎ օրակարգում ընդգրկված հակահայկական զեկույցների: Առցանց ստորագրահավաքին միացել է ավելի քան 8 հազար մարդ:
