Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը «միանշանակ մարտահրավեր» է նետում Ռուսաստանին, rtvi.com-ին հայտարարել է Պետդումայի ԱՊՀ հարցերով կոմիտեի ղեկավարի առաջին տեղակալ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը։
Նա մեկնաբանել է Փաշինյանի երեկվա հայտարարությունն այն մասին, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ը սպшռնալիք է ՀՀ անվտանգության, հետագա գոյության, ինքնիշխանության և պետականության համար:
Ըստ պատգամավորի՝ Փաշինյանը մոտավորապես նույն բանն էր ասում տարիներ առաջ, երբ «ոչ ոք իրեն լուրջ քաղաքական գործիչ չէր համարում»։
«Նա մարգինալ լրագրող էր և արդեն այն ժամանակ պնդում էր, որ Հայաստանը դադարի կենտրոնանալ Ռուսաստանի վրա, հեռանա ՀԱՊԿ-ից, լուծարի Գյումրիի բազան և այլն։ Այդ մասին նա հայտարարում էր որպես ընդդիմադիր, որին քչերն էին լսում։ Նրա՝ 2018 թվականին վարչապետի պաշտոնում հայտնվելուն հետևեց բարեկամության մասին կեղծ հավաստիացումների կարճ ժամանակաշրջան, իսկ հիմա նա վերադարձել է իր էությանը»,- նշել է Զատուլինը։
Ըստ քաղաքական գործչի՝ «Մոսկվան նախընտրում է նույն տոնով չպատասխանել Փաշինյանին՝ քննարկման նշաձողը չիջեցնելու համար»:
«Բայց մենք պետք է ոչ թե գլուխներս թաղենք ավազի մեջ, այլ հասկանանք, թե դեպի ուր է Փաշինյանը տանում Հայաստանը... Նա բացահայտորեն հակադրվում է Ռուսաստանին՝ ձգտելով այնպես անել, որ նրա ազդեցությունը Հայաստանում և Կովկասում լինի նվազագույն։ Ահա թե ինչ են անում թշնամիներն ու հակառակորդները, հատկապես այն ժամանակ, երբ մենք ռազմական գործողություններ ենք իրականացնում, դիմակայում ենք Արևմուտքին և այլն... Պետք է ներքին եզրակացություններ անել Փաշինյանի կառավարության և նրա բնույթի մասին՝ այսքանը»,- եզրափակել է Պետդումայի պատգամավորը։
