Ռուսաստանը ծաղրում է Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունները

Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունները Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության կողմից հանրապետության ինքնիշխանությանը սպառնացող վտանգի մասին հակասում են ողջախոհությանը։ Այս մասին լրագրողներին հայտնել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան։
Համահայկական երկրորդ գագաթնաժողովում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր, թե ՀԱՊԿ-ը ստեղծում է սպառնալիքներ Հայաստանի անվտանգության համար։ Ըստ Փաշինյանի, նաև դրա համար է Երևանը սառեցրել իր անդամակցությունն այդ կառույցում։ «Անընդհատ քննարկվում է՝ արդյոք Հայաստանը փորձում է կամ մտածում է ՀԱՊԿ վերադառնալու մասին: Մենք լիարժեք կվերականգնենք մեր գործունեությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ում միայն այն պարագայում, երբ մեր բարձրացված հարցերին հնչեն կոնկրետ պատասխաններ: Մեր այդ շեշտադրումից անցել է երկու տարի, պատասխանները ոչ միայն չեն հնչել և արդեն ակնհայտ է, որ չեն հնչելու: Կամ, եթե նույնիսկ ակնհայտ չէ, բայց ես կարող եմ ասել, որ ինչքան այդ պատասխանները չեն հնչում և դրանք համոզիչ չեն, ամեն վայրկյան Հայաստանն ավելի ու ավելի է հեռանում ՀԱՊԿ-ից», - նշել էր Փաշինյանը։
Մոսկվայից հերքել էին, իսկ Զախարովան շատ ավեի կոշտ և ծաղրալից հայտարարություն էր արել։ «Ինձ թվում է, որ հայտարարությունները հակասում են ողջախոհությանը և իրականությանը։ Որովհետև, եթե ձեզ ինչ-որ բան «սպառնում է», հատկապես ազգային անվտանգությանը, ապա ի՞նչ իմաստ ունի խոսել այն մասին, որ Հայաստանը դեռ մնում է ՀԱՊԿ-ում։ Եթե նրանք մնում են, նշանակում է՝ սրա մեջ ինչ-որ նպատակահարմարություն են տեսնում։ Միաժամանակ, ասում էին, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ն է «դուրս եկել Հայաստանից»,- ասել է Զախարովան՝ Եվրասիական կանանց IV ֆորումի շրջանակներում։
Եվ իսկապես, սա այն դեպքն է, երբ հնարավոր չէ չհամաձայնվել Զախարովայի հետ։ Եթե ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձը հայտարարում է վտանգի մասին ու շարունակում մաս կազմել այդ կազմակերպությանը, ուրեմն գործ ունենք հասարակ երեսպաշտության հետ։
