ՄԱԿ-ի ներկայացուցիչներն այցելել են ՔԿՀ-ներ, ծանոթացել ընդհանուր վիճակին ու առկա կարիքներին

ՄԱԿ-ի Թմրամիջոցների և հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գրասենյակի քրեական և բանտային բարեփոխումների ոլորտի միջտարածաշրջանային խորհրդական Ֆիլիպ Մեյսները և հանցագործության կանխարգելման և քրեական արդարադատության աշխատակից Վերա Տկաչենկոն այցելել են ՀՀ ԱՆ «Նուբարաշեն», «Աբովյան», «Արմավիր» և «Սևան» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներ՝ տեղում ծանոթանալու և գնահատելու Հայաստանի քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների ընդհանուր վիճակն ու առկա կարիքները։

Պատվիրակության անդամները Քրեակատարողական ծառայության պետի առաջին տեղակալ, արդարադատության գնդապետ Սահակ Գրիգորյանի, շտաբի պետ, արդարադատության փոխգնդապետ Արտակ Սարգսյանի, կենտրոնական մարմնի սոցիալական, հոգեբանական և իրավական աշխատանքների բաժնի պետ Ծովինար Թադևոսյանի և հիմնարկների ղեկավար կազմի ուղեկցությամբ շրջայց են կատարել հիմնարկների ողջ տարածքներում։ Եղել են խցերում, կացարաններում, զբոսահրապարակներում, ճաշարաններում, տեսակցությունների սենյակներում, մարզասրահներում, դահլիճներում, գրադարաններում, լոգասենյակներում, սանհանգույցներում և բնակելի գոտու այլ հատվածներում։

Զրուցել են ազատազրկված անձանց, այդ թվում՝ ցմահ դատապարտյալների և օտարերկրյա ազատազրկվածների հետ։

«Աբովյան» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում Սահակ Գրիգորյանը միջազգային գործընկերներին ներկայացրել է ամբողջությամբ վերակառուցված երկու նոր մասնաշենքերը՝ կանանց տեղամասը, որը ներառում է հղի և մինչև 3 տարեկան երեխա ունեցող կանանց առանձնացված խցեր, և ուսումնական կենտրոնը, որում առկա են մարզադահլիճ, գրադարան, լսարաններ, միջոցառումների դահլիճ և արհեստագործական ուսումնական սենյակներ: Պատվիրակության անդամները հետևել են ևս երկու մասնաշենքերի՝ մեկուսարանի և վարչական հատվածի ընթացող շինարարական աշխատանքներին, ներկա են գտնվել նաև դասապրոցեսին։
«Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում հյուրերը ծանոթացել են տեսահսկման և օդափոխության համակարգերին, այցելել են հանրային պաշտպան-վստահորդ սենյակ, որն ապահովում է գաղտնի տեսահաղորդակցություն հանրային պաշտպանների և անազատության մեջ պահվող անձանց միջև, հետևել են խեցեգործության դասընթացին։

«Սևան» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում պատվիրակության անդամներին ներկայացվել են նախատեսվող փայտամշակման արհեստանոցի վերանորոգման աշխատանքները։

Այցի շրջանակներում պատվիրակության անդամներն ականատես են եղել 2022 թվականին ձեռք բերված հատուկ նշանակության նոր մեքենաներով իրականացվող դատապարտյալների ուղեկցումների, ազատազրկված անձանց համար սննդի մատակարարման գործընթացներին, ծանոթացել են ճաշացանկին։ Հյուրերը հետաքրքրվել են նաև ազատազրկված անձանց համար կազմակերպվող վերասոցիալականացման ծրագրերով։
