Անկախության 33-րդ տարեդարձին ՀՀ քաղաքացին էլ «հպարտ» չէ՞

33 տարի առաջ այս օրը Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները միահամուռ «այո» ասացին Անկախությանը։ Բնակչության 95 տոկոսը հանրաքվեով ամրագրեց անկախ ապրելու իր ցանկությունը։
33 տարի անց կարելի է ցավով արձանագրել, որ Հայաստանը զիջել է իր անկախությունը, ինքնիշխանությունը, ինքնուրույն որոշումներ կայացնելու իրավունքը՝ «շնորհիվ» այսօրվա իշխանությունների։ Պաշտոնյաները սոցցանցերը հեղեղել են պաթետիկ ու երկար շնորհավորանքներով։ Մի տեքստ էլ վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձն է գրել ու, զարմանալի զուգադիպությամբ, այլևս ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին դիմելով, նրանց «հպարտ» չի անվանում։ Թերևս, Փաշինյանն էլ հասկանում է, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացին իր իսկ պատճառով հպարտ չէ։ Հպարտ չէ, որովհետև պատերազմում պարտություն և Արցախի հայաթափում է տեսել, անարժանապատիվ ու կոռումպացված վերնախավ, ազգային ինքնության հիմքերի խարխլում, օրեցօր փոքրացող տարածք է տեսել։ Փաշինյանն, իհարկե, հայտարարում է. «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Կառավարության գործունեության առանցքն ու նպատակը 1991 թվականի հանրաքվեի դրված հարցին ամեն օր գործնականորեն «Այո» պատասխանելն է, և պիտի գոհունակությամբ արձանագրեմ, որ մեր երկրի անկախության մակարդակն օր օրի աճում է ժողովրդավարության, բալանսավորման և բալանսավորված արտաքին քաղաքականության շնորհիվ»:
Բալանսավորված որևէ քաղաքականություն վերջին վեց տարում Հայաստանը չի վարել, իսկ սեփական իշխանությունների ապաշնորհության հետևանքով միայն կորցրել է։ Դեռ շանս կա իրապես անկախ լինելու, վերագտնելու կորցրածը, բայց դրա համար հարկավոր է ոչ միայն հեռացնել գործող իշխանություններին, այլև խստորեն դատապարտել բոլոր արատավոր քայլերը, օրենքի ու արժանապատվության գերակայության երկիր դառնալ։
