ՀՀ անկախության տոնի առթիվ շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել նաև ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենը, այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ կառավարության կայքից․ «Հարգելի պարոն վարչապետ, Միացյալ Նահանգների ժողովրդի անունից մեր բարեմաղթանքներն եմ հղում Ձեզ և Հայաստանի ժողովրդին Անկախության 33-րդ տարեդարձի առիթով։ Հայաստանն ու Միացյալ Նահանգները, կապված լինելով մեր ժողովուրդների միջև խորը կապերով, միասին աշխատում են ստեղծելու ավելի լավ ապագա, այդ թվում՝ բարձրացնելով մեր հարաբերությունները դեպի ռազմավարական գործընկերություն: Սա կխթանի մեր համագործակցությանն ամբողջ ծավալով՝ սկսած անվտանգության և պաշտպանության մեր գործընկերության ամրապնդումից մինչև մաքուր էներգիայի և առևտրի դիվերսիֆիկացման մեր նախաձեռնությունների արագացում: Այս ռազմավարական գործընկերությունը նաև կօժանդակի ժողովրդավարական ուղուն միտված Հայաստանի շարունակական ջանքերին՝ քաղաքացիական գործողությունների, լավ կառավարման, օրենքի գերակայության և հակակոռուպցիոն միջոցառումների միջոցով։ Սրանք արժեքներ են, որոնք կիսում են թե՛ ամերիկացիները և թե՛ հայերը:

Միացյալ Նահանգներն աջակցում է Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանությանը, անկախությանը, տարածքային ամբողջականությանը և սեփական ապագան որոշելու իրավունքին։ Մենք աջակցում ենք ողջ տարածաշրջանում կայուն խաղաղության հասնելու Ձեր շարունակական հանձնառությանը: Եվ մենք անհամբեր սպասում ենք Ձեզ հետ աշխատելուն և շարունակելու ձևավորել ապագա, որտեղ յուրաքանչյուրը կարող է ապրել արժանապատվությամբ, անվտանգ»,- նշված է Բայդենի ուղերձում:
