Հանրապետության նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանի հրամանագրերով Հայաստանի Անկախության տոնի առթիվ տարբեր բնագավառների զարգացման գործում ներդրած ավանդի և արդյունավետ գործունեության համար մի խումբ անձինք պարգևատրվել են շքանշաններով և մեդալներով, ստացել են կոչումներ և դասային աստիճաններ: Այս մասին հաղորդում է նախագահի աշխատակազմի մամուլի ծառայությունը։

«Հանրապետության նախագահի նստավայրում տեղի ունեցած պարգևատրման հանդիսավոր արարողությանը նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը հանձնել է պետական բարձր պարգևները, այնուհետև հանդես է եկել ելույթով:

«Շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Անկախության օրվա կապակցությամբ:

Բոլորիս համար անկախությունը ոչ թե բարեհունչ գաղափար կամ ինքնանպատակ է, այլ շարունակական շարժում, պայքար սեփական կամքով մեր ճակատագիրը կերտելու, մեր հայրենիքի ու պետության ձևն ու բնույթն ինքնուրույն որոշելու համար, որի վերջնական նպատակը ազատ, պատասխանատու, անընդհատ զարգացող և արարող մարդն ու քաղաքացին է:

Ազատությունն ինչպես քաղաքացու, այնպես էլ պետության համար մտքի և բովանդակության վիճակ է, ամենաօրյա անդուլ աշխատանք, հոգատարություն, նվիրումի բերկրանք, հաղթանակի ուրախություն և կորստի ցավ, և այս ամենի հանրագումարում՝ պատասխանատվության բարձրագույն գիտակցում:

Սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ նաև այսօր պետական բարձր պարգևներ ստացածներին: Ցանկանում եմ ընդգծել, որ պետական պարգևներ շնորհելը միայն արարողակարգային միջոցառում չէ, այլ իր մեջ կարևոր խորհրդանշական իմաստ ունի: Այս պարգևները նվազագույնն են, որոնցով պետությունն արժանին է մատուցում ձեր աշխատանքի, ձեր ծառայության և գործունեության համար:

Վստահ եմ, որ յուրաքանչյուրիդ համար սիրած գործով զբաղվելը, աշխատանքում կատարելագործվելու հնարավորությունն ամենամեծ պարգևն է: Պետության, իշխանության պարտքն է գնահատել այդ աշխատանքը, ոգևորել և, իհարկե, ոգևորվել, ինչը նույնպես շատ կարևոր է, քանի որ ձեր նվիրումը, ձեր հաջողությունը բոլորիս և առաջին հերթին մեր պետության հաջողությունն է: Սա է մեզ միավորում, որովհետև մեր երկրի հաջողությունը պայմանավորված է գիտնականի, արվեստագետի, ուսուցչի, պրոֆեսիոնալ զինվորականի, ոստիկանի, գյուղատնտեսի ու շինարարի աշխատանքով:

Անկասկած անկախ, ինքնիշխան, ազատ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում մշտապես գնահատվելու են արժանիները, պետությունը պարգևատրելու է նրանց, և նաև պահանջելու բոլորիցս՝ լինել պատասխանատու, մշտապես կրթվող ու կատարելագործվող: Այս պարզ բանաձևն է երաշխավորելու մեր երկրի առաջընթացը, հզորացումն ու զարգացումը:

Կրկին շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս մեր պետության 33-ամյակի կապակցությամբ, մաղթում եմ քաջառողջություն, անձնական երջանկություն և մեր երկրին՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը, խաղաղություն և բարգավաճում»»,- ասված է հաղորդագրությունում:
