Մարտաֆիլմ հիշեցնող կրակոցներ՝ Աշտարակում. հայտնաբերվել է կրակոցի հետքերով «Toyota»-ն

Այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 21-ին, ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Արագածոտնի մարզային վարչությունում, ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնում և ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության Արագածոտնի մարզային վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ երեկ՝ սեպտեմբերի 20-ին, Աշտարակ քաղաքում կրակոցներ են հնչել:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ժամերի ընթացքում Արագածոտնի ԱԱԾ-ականներն ու ոստիկանության Արագածոտնի մարզային վարչության և ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի ծառայողները պարզել են, որ ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունները հավաստի են:
Այդ օրը՝ ժամը 19:00-ից 20:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ 25-ամյա Ռաֆիկ Մ.-ն իրեն պատկանող «Kia» մակնիշի «47 II 007» համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով երթևեկելիս է եղել Աշտարակ քաղաքի Վարդգես Պետրոսյան փողոցով, որի ժամանակ նույն փողոցով երթևեկելիս է եղել նաև «Mitsubishi» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, որի վարորդը չի զիջել ճանապարհը, ինչից հետո ավտոմեքենաների միջից փոխադարձ ձայնային ազդանշաններ են հնչեցրել, ժողովրդի լեզվով ասած՝ իրար վրա «սիգնալ» են տվել, ինչի շուրջ էլ տեղում պարզաբանումներ կատարելու նպատակով Ռաֆիկ Մ.-ն կանգնեցրել է ավտոմեքենան, իջել է մեքենայից ու այդ ժամանակ հիշյալ ավտոմեքենայից իջել են նաև Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչներ 23-ամյա Սուրեն Մ.-ն և 19-ամյա Նիկոլայ Մ.-ն, ովքեր իրենց մոտ եղած մահակներով հարձակվել են Ռաֆիկ Մ.-ի վրա, ով անմիջապես նստել է իր ավտոմեքենան և դիմել փախուստի:
Օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել նաև, որ պարզաբանումներ կատարելու նպատակով դեպքի մասին Ռաֆիկ Մ.-ն կարճ ժամանակում իր ընկերներին է տեղեկացրել դեպքի մասին և իր ընկերների հետ հավաքվել են Աշտարակ քաղաքի Վարդգես Պետրոսյան փողոցում գտնվող «ՎՏԲ» բանկի հարևանությամբ: Նույն վայրից արդեն ժամը 21:00-ից 21:30-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Ռաֆիկ Մ.-ի ընկերներից Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ 36-ամյա Արթուր Խ.-ն, Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ 20-ամյա Նարեկ Ա.-ի անվամբ հաշվառված, սակայն Արթուր Խ.-ի կողմից վարվող «Toyota Camry» մակնիշի «47 NK 007» համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով իր ազգականին աշխատանքից տուն տանելու նպատակով երթևեկել է Աշտարակ քաղաքի Մաշտոցի փողոցի ուղղությամբ, որի ժամանակ Վ. Պետրոսյան փողոցում գտնվող «Գինիների» գործարանի հարևանությամբ քայլող Սուրեն և Նիկոլայ Մովսիսյաններից Սուրեն Մ.-ն իր մոտ եղած անօրինական պահվող, դեռևս չպարզված տեսակի հրազենով կրակոցներ է արձակել Արթուր Խ.-ի վարած «Toyota Camry» «47 NK 007» համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի ուղղությամբ:
Բարեբախտաբար կրակոցների արդյունքում զոհեր և վիրավորներ չեն եղել, իսկ ավտոմեքենան, որի վրա հայտնաբերվել են հրազենային վնասվածքով հետքեր, Աշտարակի ոստիկանները հայտնաբերել են Աշտարակ քաղաքի Ներսես Աշտարակեցու փողոցի 3-րդ հասցեում:Ոստիկանությունը ձեռնարկում է անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքներն ամբողջական բացահայտելու, Սուրեն և Նիկոլայ Մ.-երին, ինչպես նաև հանցագործության գործիք հանիդսացող հրազենը հայտնաբերելու ուղությամբ: Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են ձևակերպվում, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչություն:
