Երվանդ Զախարյանը մտահոգիչ է համարում արտաքին շուկաներում հանքահումքային ապրանքների գնանկումը

Հանքահումքային ապրանքների միջազգային շուկաներում վերջին շրջանում արձանագրվող դրսևորումները լուրջ դժվարություններ են ստեղծել նաև ոլորտի հայաստանյան ընկերությունների համար։ Առկա իրավիճակը և ի հայտ եկած խնդիրները քննարկելու, դրանց լուծումներ տալու նպատակով հունվարի 26-ին էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարարությունում հրավիրվել էր աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն՝ հանքարդյունաբերության ո լորտում գործող մի շարք ընկերությունների և շահագրգիռ գերատեսչությունների ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԷԲՊՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Բացելով խորհրդակցությունը՝ ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարար Երվանդ Զախարյանն անդրադարձավ արտաքին շուկաներում հանքահումքային ապրանքների, մասնավորապես՝ պղնձի և մոլիբդենի գների անկմանը, նշելով, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակը իսկապես անհանգստացնող է։ Ուստի անհրաժեշտ է համախմբել ջանքերը՝ իրավիճակից ելքեր գտնելու և ոլորտի ընկերությունների մոտ առաջացած դժվարությունները համատեղ ուժերով հաղթահարելու համար։ Առավել ևս, որ տնտեսության այս ճյուղն ունի նաև կարևոր սոցիալական նշանակություն։ Այն ապահովում է մի քանի հազար աշխատատեղ, որոնց արճատումն, առկա սոցիալական պայմաններում, անթույլատրելի է։
Փաստելով արտաքին շուկաներում ձևավորված գների պայմաններում առաջացած դժվարությունները՝ խորհրդակցությանը մասնակցող ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչները ներկայացրեցին իրենց հուզող խնդիրները, ինչպես նաև այն առաջարկությունները, որոնք կարող են մեղմել գների անկման ազդեցությունը։ Դրանք վերաբերում էին ինչպես օրենսդրական փոփոխություններին, այնպես էլ ֆինանսական հնարավոր աջակցության տրամադրմանը։
Ամփոփելով խորհրդակցությունը՝ Զախարյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ բարձրացված հարցերը կարճ ժամանակահատվածում կքննարկվեն շահագրգիռ նախարարությունների հետ և դրանց հիման վրա առաջարկություններ կներկայացվեն կառավարությանը՝ խնդիրներին լուծումներ տալու նպատակով։ Ստեղծված իրավիճակում նախարարը միաժամանակ կարևորեց ընկերություններում աշխատանքների առավել արդյունավետ կազմակերպման անհրաժեշտությունը։
