SHAMSHYAN.com-ը սեպտեմբերի 1-ին ֆոտոռեպորտաժ, տեսանյութ էր հրապարակել այն մասին, որ Երևանում ստեղծվել է կենցաղային ու շինարարական մի հսկայական աղբավայր, որը գտնում է էրեբունի վարչական շրջանից դեպի դեպի Մուշավան՝ ժողովրդին հայտնի «Շորբուլախի» ամառանոցների հարևանությամբ:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հրապարակման հաջորդ օրը ոստիկանության էրեբունու բաժնի ծառայողները հայտնաբերել են նշված վայրում բեռնատարերով աղբ թափողներից մի քանիսին, որոնց նկատմամբ վարչական ակտեր են կազմվել և օպերատիվ է գործել նաև էրեբունի վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Հակոբ Բաբայանի աշխատակազմը:  

Հրապարակման հաջորդ օրը Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի հանձնարարականով՝ թաղապետարանը հայտնաբերել է այդ ամենի հեղինակին և պարտավորեցրել է, որպեսզի նա դադարեցնի նշված հատվածում աղբավայր ստեղծելու հակաօրինական գործողությունները, նրա նկատմամբ նույնպես թաղապետարանը վարչական վարույթ է նախաձեռնել ու մի քանի օր շարունակ թաղապետարանի կոմունալ բաժնի աշխատակիցները հետևողականորեն իրենց հսկողության տակ են պահել, որ այդ աղբավայրը ստեղծած քաղաքացին մաքրի, ժողովրդի լեզվով ասած, իր թափած աղբը:  

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ այդ ամենի հեղինակը նախկին պաշտոնյա է եղել, ով հրապարակումից հետո փորձել է Երևանի ոստիկանության էրեբունու բաժնին, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանին ու էրեբունու թաղապետարանին համոզել, թե ինքը լավ գործ է անում, ամայի տարածքում աշխատատեղ է բացել: Այստեղ են ասում՝ ա՛յ ուղեղից թոփալ, բնության հերն անիծում ես, թե աշխատատեղ ենք բացում, այն էլ՝ անօրինական:  

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, մինչ աշխարհում պայքարում են աղբավայրերի տարածման դեմ, Երևանում՝ Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանից դեպի Մուշավան՝ ժողովրդին հայտնի «Շորբուլախի» ամառանոցների հարևանությամբ, ստեղծվել էր մինի աղբանոց։

Մի քանի հեկտար տարածություն ամբողջությամբ պատված էր կենցաղային և շինարարական աղբով ու հայտնի չէր՝ արդյոք աղբանոցի վերածված այդ տարածքում աղբը օրինական ճանապարհով էր թափվել, թե՞ որոշ «վայ» շինարարների ու քաղաքացիների կողմից։

Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը, երբ բակային այցելություններ էր կատարում ու եթե աչքին մի փոքր աղբ էր երևում, վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարին հետագայում անարգանքի սյունին էր գամում՝ հորդորելով կարճ ժամանակում այդ աղբը վերացնել։ Մինչդեռ իր ղեկավարած քաղաքում, վստահ ենք, անօրինական աղբավայր էին ստեղծել ու պատկան մարմինները դժվար թե քաջատեղյակ չլինեին, որ նման վիճակ էր տիրում այդ հատվածում։

Սեպտեմբերի 1-ին անգամ ավտոմեքենաները շինարարական աղբը տեղափոխեցին ու թափեցին այդ վայրում։

Մինչդեռ այդտեղից մի քանի կմ հեռավորության վրա գործում էր խորհրդային տարիներից հայտնի Նուբարաշենի աղբավայրը։
